Would highly recommend, from the very first phone call to completion, everything was as we wanted and more. Needed a valuation report to cover Help To Buy Equity Loan and got everything we needed, brilliant service.

Excellent service from Joe Fraser Chartered Surveyors, i recently used them to retrieve a house valuation for a Help To Buy equity loan, the service offered was quick, professional and fair. The firm are approachable and friendly and i would highly recommend them to anyone. The valuation itself came back very quick and it was to high standard and in the format that Homes England required. Thanks so much for providing such a refreshing service.

The gentleman came round on time, he was very polite and answered all my questions, he didnt mind my dog making a fuss of him either. I received the report the next day via email which was quicker than I thought. Great service all round. Very easy to book, pay and receive the report. I would definitely recommend their services.
