Excellent customer service from everyone, from the moment we entered the shop through to delivering and installing the new appliance and collecting the old- all staff were helpful and friendly.

Joe Graham's were easy to contact and arrange a visit to fix a cooker at a rental property. They contacted the tenant and arranged a suitable time. They provided me with an explanation of the problems and suggested remedies. I opted for a new cooker which was installed within days.
