extortionate delivery charge makes no sense
All this company wants is your data. I was looking to buy a ingenix cooling fan for £90 but when going to the next stage the delivery charge was £ 120. Crazy stupid company. Never use them..........warning

Hi Pete, sorry to see you experienced an issue with the website. A small fan would be dispatched via courier and would be £20. The £120 is a national palletised shipping rate usually for large items to areas we do not cover our self. Sorry for the error.

Prompt and helpful answering telephone, engineer coming to repair my washing machine on a day convenient for me. Machine not able to repair, so I chose a new one for delivery on a day of my choice. All staff are helpful, polite and skilful.

Great Experience and Fantastic Service with a personal touch
I recently used and was really impressed with the service from start to finish. Ryan was especially great, friendly, helpful, and professional throughout. At the shop and delivery
At the shop, staff was very helpful as we asked many questions. The delivery was super rapid and the delivery man was really helpful too. Hence, really good experience. We had bought a washing machine few months ago from same shop and were just as pleased then.
