Great customer service. I purchased a MK 50 helmet on Black Friday, with expectations that I would receive by Christmas. I read several reviews indicating the difficulty of reaching Joetoys for delivery updates, but also observed more recent reviews that stated improvements had been made to response time. I contacted Joetoys twice with inquiries and received a response within the same day, and got the helmet easily by Christmas. Goes without saying that the helmet is awesome and functioned flawlessly.

First off, the suit looks amazing. I was impressed at the level of craftsmanship and attention to detail. I placed my order on November 11th and the suit was delivered on December 21st which was faster than I thought it would be. Overall, 5/5 star review easily. The Deadpool mask is absolutely perfect! The material is high quality, nicely screen printed, looks amazing and is still breathable and comfortable to wear. I spent a good amount of time researching various companies prior to making a purchase and I am glad I decided to purchase from the team at Joetoys - they are truly artists at their craft! Aside from the product, the team responded to my emails within a few hours - which is great considering we are on the opposite side of the world from each other. I would highly recommend this team if you are looking for high quality cosplay.

When I first came upon JOETOY.. I thought the quality wouldn't be great but that changed my mind. They really make your money worth it. Their customer service were top notch. I went to their website and brought the Deadpool and now cant wait for next year to get their war hammer outfit. 5/5 stars! trust me ... they are one of the few that you can pay and know your getting a high quality outfit.

I got the helmet for my sister’s birthday and she absolutely loved it she almost cried and its all because it had nothing ordinary about it. The craftsmanship is just Beyond amazing and the painting and don’t even get me started on the electric aspect with voice activation and everything! I am saving up again to but her the full suit next yea
