Shame Shame Shame!!!
Shame Shame Shame!!!! Shame on a company that hired staff that are ignorant and incompetent!!!! They send me someone else’s items right before my travels. They had the audacity to ask me to return first and show them the proof of return to be able to get my items!!!! All they are good at is a fake apology that is worth less when they are the ones who are in the wrong! I as the customer have to do their job to be able to get what I need. ADVICE: Try to avoid at all costs! Order your products from other places they were a good company in the past but they are the worst place to shop right now! Just have a look at other reviews and you will see! you will see that every single person working there are not interested in anything to do with the customer and they have zero knowledge of the products that they have on the shop floor!

I remember this impressive high class…
I remember this impressive high class pharmacy from my London days - it's nice to know they are still going strong and have branched out to online sales. An order arrived for me in the post, superbly packaged, but the wrong item. Customer service sorted that out and I got the item I wanted very quickly, with a bonus as apology. So online has it's hiccups. They are trying hard!!

I ordered 5 tubes of germoloids off your company, but only received 2 for some unknown reason, they took the payment of £30, but quickly refunded the £18 they had taken for the 3x £6 they had not sent without no explanation as to why the company had only sent me 2 tubes ? . Thank you.
