Great Experience
I have had a great experience with John Hancock up to this point. I enjoy the great benefits of the vitality program and finding ways to earn points is easy and fun. I have also had great service when calling the customer service center for password resets and other issues.

Rewards are awesome
I have the vitality life insurance plan. I love it, and it’s nice to get rewards for being active. I have an Apple Watch through this plan and I haven’t had to pay anything on it because of exercise goals I meet. Definitely would recommend

Faulty app
I think if you have the app open to time your workout and it comes time to submit and you gets “oops something went wrong “ . There should be some way for this vitality app to still have the information that the work out took place at the gym location and time.
Having to mow provide proof of work out because of faulty app is annoying. It happens too often. Defeat the purpose of using the app.

Life insurance with Rewards
I've owned a few life insurance policies, but I've never had one with benefits like the Vitality program. It's been a great deal and lots more fun to get rewards rather than only getting bills in the mail from my life insurance. It also gives me an incentive to take walks, exercise every once in a while, and wear my apple watch to record activity.Life insurance with Rewards

I’ve had so many issues trying to update payment
I’ve had so many issues trying to update my payment method. Was told ppl would get back to me. One time acct was drafted when it wasn’t supposed to be. Incurred a $50 overdraft fee that was supposed to be sent to me by John Hancock. Never got it. All around bad experience.
