Jordan and Dylan arrived to set up our new hot tub, they were excellent throughout and very knowledgeable. Felt like they went to a lot of trouble to ensure everything was set up correctly including setting up the water treatment schedule etc. great experience today.

Excellent service from start to finish. The delivery of the tub was as planned and Jake and Aaron were friendly and efficient. They walked me through the running of the tub and the chemicals as well as giving some great advice and tips. Thanks for everything.

We purchased our hot tub from the Three legged Cross site through Kevin who was really good.
The installation team arrived on the day. Gareth was brilliant. He was very professional and despite hitting a few obstacles with his company he remained composed and very polite throughout. Gareth is an asset to his company and without him things could have gone very differently.
Yes, there were a few hiccups on the day but all in all a reasonable experience.
One thing I would mention to all potential hot tub buyers from Johnsons Wellness, if you use your own qualified electrician to install the electrics make sure that they are there on the day of installation. It is a very grey area that caused me some stress on the day and should’ve been brought to my attention at point of sale.
All sorted now and a very happy customer.

Nathan came out to fix my hot tub issue and was not only very good at his job but also a very friendly and personable guy.
He fixed my problem efficiently and kept me informed about what was wrong and how he was fixing it. First class.

Ross came out to help with an emergency situation where Hot Tub would not run. He solved the problem quickly and then went out of his way to talk us through how to avoid this error in the future as well as tracking down a replacement filter while he was on site. Can’t thank him enough for his manner and professional standards.

Really impressed with jake and Gareth professionalism. Came up against a leak but soon rectified the problem. Explained everything simply to us who are complete beginners. Great service from start to finish. Would highly recommend

The people we dealt with made the experience a pleasure. Natalie in the Sales Office and Henry On Site. Both were very approachable and civil. All questions were answered clearly and succinctly. Both were helpful and incorporated humour in their discussions with us.
Any worries were alaid and the whole experience for us was enjoyable. Both these employees were patient, kind and very good at their different jobs.
We thank them and look forward to sitting in our garden room.

Delivery of my hot tub today was a pleasure and all worked out without any issues. Irish Tony as he liked to be called did a great job. From guiding the hot tub into place with my crane driver, to setting it up and walking me through the chemicals a pleasure and with no headaches. Thanks to the team.

Jake and Joe installed our hot tub and after some initial issues getting it in past our meter boxes the installation went very well, both of them were very helpful and explained everything clearly, thank you so much

Joe and Garf delivered the hot tub and set it up. They were pleasant and helpful and Joe explained the operation well. They were supplied with an incorrect cover lifter but managed to fit that as a temporary measure until the correct lifter can be supplied and installed.

Joe and Tony were amazing. Even though the electrician couldn’t come on the same day, they did everything they could to do settle the hot tub in. Lovely happy and cheery. An asset to Johnson’s.

Jake, Jordan and Gareth delivered the hot tub and were courteous, friendly and professional. They positioned the hot tub exactly where we wanted it and assembled the cover in situe. 100% recommend.

Tony came to do an annual service on our hot tub today. He was polite, friendly and courteous. He also went the extra mile by refilling the tub and putting chlorine in to get it going again. Thank you.
