Only because I cannot give zero stars or negative stars! This company lives up to every bad review they've ever received! They are nothing but a scam and fraudulent advertising. I received the piddly little joke of flowers they sent, and then got the expected. Will give you an unprecedented 20% back, but that's the best because it will cost you $20 to send it back to us in the first place. They hide behind me grammar tricks to give you the impression you will get a full refund, when in fact you will get nothing.

I was very disappointed. The photos had the mums shipped in a large box in a green pot. None of that was true. No way to put that small arrangement on my patio.

Buyer beware!!!! These flowers are small stems worth about 25 cents at most other stores. The pictures are fake advertising. The would hardly fill a bud vase. SCAM SCAM SCAM!

I ordered several large potted moms for my front porch. I received a small box of a handful of stems. This is the biggest scam I’ve ever seen. They should be put out of business because they’re taking advantage of people.

I wouldn’t even give this a one star review. What a joke. I paid $100 for flower stems I could have gotten at the dollar store (Dollar Tree would have been better.)

Complete fraud! They actually send tiny little stemmed plastic flowers that you could find in any dime store! Absolute trash. I threw mine out as soon as they arrived, because they come from China and returns are impossible. Do not waste your time and money!!!

I ordered flowers for an outdoor flower pot. The photos and videos all showed a large bouquet of flowers that open up as soon as you take the plastic off. There was no plastic and they are NOTHING like the photos or videos. They were a few little bitty stems of tiny flowers and won't even look good in a vase much less a large outdoor pot. Disappointed doesn't begin to describe how I felt! Deceived is more like it. I hate being tricked!

Misleading Items: I received cheap, low-quality artificial flower sprigs instead of the large, potted outdoor plants (such as fall mums) I actually ordered. You could buy the cheap flowers sprigs they send at your local Dollar Tree Store. They offered me a refund of 15% which amounts to almost nothing.

I ordered flowers from this company. What showed up was nothing even close to what was advertised, pictured, and shown in the video. I asked for a refund and was denied, saying what they sent was correct. This place is a first rate scammer. Do not waste a single cent with these rip off artists!

I thought I was ordering full bunches of large flowers. When the box came it was the size of a folded umbrella. I thought, this can't be my flowers? When I opened it the two bunches of red and white I ordered were there, but they were teeny tiny little blooms on short wires.

They were not worth $40. They looked nothing like the ads.

This company is not someplace you should order from.

The ads you see on games are scams. I should have learned. And I should have read the reviews. There is not one good one on here!

BUYER BEWARE! What you receive is not what you order. I ordered 4 large mums and received a small box of 20 single stem flowers. Their ads and website are extremely misleading. I tried for two weeks to return the item for a refund and they refused only offering a 15% refund to keep the item.

TOTAL SCAM! Nothing but a huge rip off. The flowers they show in the ads are nothing like what you get. One can go to the Dollar Store and pay $12 and get some nice looking flowers and you would have saved $20.00 You want a refund? "FOREGET ABOUT IT" NOT GOING TO HAPPEN.

I ordered flowers from this company and they were NOTHING like the photos online. When trying to request a refund, they kept offering me a partial refund to keep the flowers. Eventually I caved ONLY because to return them, I had to mail them back to Indonesia (although the site shows them to be in WY) at my expense which cost more than the stupid flowers did originally.

Terrible company! Do NOT trust them! I ordered some artificial mums that looked big and beautiful in the ad. Received tiny little things that won’t work. I sent them an email asking for a refund. They insist on a photo of the package and I had thrown it away already. Guess I’m stuck with these pathetic things . False advertising!

Wish I would have read these reviews first. I wanted the beautiful large arrangement they show in their ads. I decided to start with a smaller/cheaper version to make sure the quality was good. Glad I went this route as the whole experience was a disaster. Promised delivery from a U.S. warehouse was 2-3 days. Three weeks later, and multiple emails from China telling me to be patient, the tracking number showed me the items were in Whittier, CA. That’s a 14 hour drive my home. The tracking continued to show my items there for 5 days. After contacting the company again they told me they had told the carrier to expedite the item. It still took 3 more days to receive my order. The delivery notice said it was left in my mailbox. How could that be? I ordered a basket of flowers that were put together and came out of the box ready to put on my porch. What I got was 2”x2”x10” box with my flowers jammed inside. No basket and no option to add a basket when I ordered them. The “review” in the ad shows a person unboxing a fully assembled flower basket and she writes, “They came just as the ad showed.” Nope! I went to the website to leave my own review and couldn’t find a place to do so. I sent an email asking them how I could leave a review (I didn’t say it was going to be a negative review) and never received a response. I went to AI to see if they could tell me how to leave a review and they said while the website gives the appearance of being able to leave a review they were unable to find a place to do so and directed me to this site, Trust Pilot. Sorry this a very long review all to say DON’T DO IT!

Actually, 0 stars. Total ripoff. Order received looked nothing like it is represented on the site. Poor, poor quality.

Flowers are 1/3 the size of the photo. They did not come assembled. I received 18 stems smashed into a 3x3x12 box.

The product looks like a cheap version of what you might find at a dollar store. It looks nothing like the product shown on the ads. I have not received any help so far with the "satisfaction" guarantee.
