My order was processed and delivered quickly. I had an issue with messages not loading correctly in the portal, and my interaction with the support team was also very positive and it was resolved within a business day. I'm glad that I went with QueenRX, my shipment came within a week everything was explained on the label as far as how much to inject and how often that was very nice which I went through other companies before and they didn't do all of that and when I went and got my refill that came within a week as well I was expecting to be delayed I thought I was going to be without injections for a couple of weeks but nope you guys made sure that I got it on time and I really appreciate that that means a lot to me and I feel like I'm valued as a customer which you can't find that in most places nowadays.
