Phenomenal experience honestly. Every deal I chose worked, when I connected with their partners (e.g. Intercom, DigitalOcean) there was no back-and-forth, the credits were immediately approved.

Their support is great, very friendly people and I think they go out of their way to help startups.

10/10 I've recommended secret 2-3 times already in-person.

Terrible experience, no support. I've paid, got receipt but I'm still on freemium and no one answer. I'm filing for charge back. To be avoided.

I subscribed to Premium and so far no offer other than for new customers. At no point do they make it clear that most offers are for new customers or free accounts. If I don't find any solutions, from Secret's partners, I will have burned $99. Bad, very bad!

The deals advertised are a money grab, with a short description that grabs you, but once you get subscription, the details of the deal are elaborate that are hard to achieve.

I had a really bad experience with a service I bought on June 22. They turned out to be fake and didn't help me, which was disappointing.

Right from the start, it was clear that this service provider wasn't honest. They made promises they didn't keep, and they disappeared once they got my money. When I tried to contact their customer support, they didn't respond on time or provide any useful help.

The service itself was a mess. They didn't deliver what they promised, and I didn't get anywhere when I tried to get help.

This experience was a waste of my time and money. I strongly advise avoiding this fake service provider. Look for a trustworthy company that cares about its customers and keeps its promises.

This is an excellent source of a variety of software applications for business. In Corporate, these incentives are bundled with big deals; Secret has done a great job building relationships with suppliers to help enable technology for businesses of all sizes.
