Really great service from start to finish. Knowledgable staff and fixed my issues with my Bora hob. Really pleased and would definitely recommend.

The Reception Team (Anne) and both the engineers who visited were exceptional. The work took much longer than anticipated but both of them patiently managed to replace the faulty part successfully.

Couldn't be happier. The two lads were prompt, polite, clean and knowledgable. Not only did they fix the issue with our Bora products - they were also helpful explaining a few things we were unaware of.

Great service and nice people business wide. The Bora system is tricky to access but the engineer worked amazingly well in a tight space to fix the issue without having to remove it from the concrete top. Highly recommended .

Really good service repairing my Bora kitchen hob. They were extremely knowledgeable and did a thorough job, testing everything was working correctly after. The guys were polite and professional, and Anne who works in the office was also helpful and ensured everything ran smoothly. I would highly recommend.

We’re so quick at responding to our issues and had the tools and correct parts to fix the problem at the house.

The engineers arrived at the time we were given and inspired confidence throughout. They were extremely tidy whilst working and were able to quickly fix the error codes on my Bora hob. When that was complete they tidied up properly and gave the hob top a clean so we couldn’t even tell they had been, apart from the fact the hob is now working as it should. Pleasant, professional engineers and excellent communication with head office.

J.E.S. Were amazing with the service they provided us when our Bora induction hobs extractor fan started showing an error message. I emailed them about the problem and they came back quickly with a proposed day to come and fix it. They were moved the time to accommodate me which meant thier Engineer Joshua arrived as early as 7am. He was pleasant, professional, efficient and tidy. He answered all my questions and fixed the problem. Thank you J.E.S and Joshua.

Excellent service. Would highly recommend. This company has been called by Bora to my house a few times now for issues and I can confidently say that the issues have been resolved in a timely manner.

The technician from JES came all the way down from the midlands to fix our Bora Pure job under warranty. Overall we received an excellent service from initial booking and arrival notifications to the actual repair and handling of our kitchen. 6 stars.

Struggled to get Bora Germany to sort at first but when they agreed to a repair Joint ES were straight on to the case and contacted me immediately.

I was visited by Damien who came to fix our Bora cooker and he was marvellous. Sorted out the problem immediately and now running smoothly.

5 stars to the UK team and not quite as many to Bora Head Office.
