Jollyes The Pet People - Edinburgh Opiniões

Good store location with plentiful parking. Store clean, well laid out/signed. Staff super friendly and helpful. Thank you 🙂 🐾

Had an excellent experience with all the staff Very polite, very informative just overall great experience

U always feel welcome and very friendly and helpful

They have a good selection of pet foods. Only sorry that now there were no animals, as I was thinking that I might have got a couple of dumbo rats that I'd seen there a while ago. The staff are always polite and pleasant.

I felt really sorry for the woman on the till as none of the tills worked. It looked very stressful. Fortunately one of the tills worked after 5 minutes. I would have been very annoyed if I had had to leave without buying what I came for because the till didn't work.

Staff are always helpful and friendly

Great Shop, and some great bargains at budget prices, customer service is top form they know there stuff, always a pleasure.

Our two Tibetan Terriers always love a trip to Jollyes (bit like kids love Theme Parks) The thing that REALLY makes it for them are when the staff engage with them and there may be a treat or two at the till when they stand up and "work" the staff for a treat some staff don't engage but they love the chap at Hermiston Gait(sorry can't remember the name, but he's nearly always there) he's brilliant with all the dogs & they love it and we keep going back :-)

Super fast and brilliant 👏

Helpful staff and a nice shop with lots of products

Great selection
Helpful staff
Nice bright spacious store

Quick service. great selection. Found exactly what I needed

This has to be the best customer service we have experienced in such a long time.
We used to shop in Pets at Home but this is definitely our new favourite.
Such helpful, engaging and friendly staff who adored our 2 pups Skye and Sonny ❤️

As previous visits there's a good stock of raw foods by different manufacturers/brands.
Easy to view freezer contents and make selection.
Loyalty scheme and discounts available on certain brands.
Plenty parking opposite the shop. Trolleys available for big loads.
What's not to like?

great shop, can get so much for your dog who is feed raw , and great helping staff at Hermiston gate edinburgh

Got just what I was looking for. The man on the till was so lovely and also helpful, full marks to him. Will be back

Good experience at a cold morning.

The shop was quiet but we waited at the till for longer than we'd expect. Staff were stacking shelves nearby and the member facing the queue didn't inform the staff member on till duty that we were waiting. Quite frustrating and unprofessional.
