Superb service from Ryan Edwards at Jonstar
I have been dealing with Ryan Edwards for my change in gas supplier for my business and Ryan has been great throughout - replies to emails quickly and addresses questions straight away and reacts promptly. Ryan even replied to me at 6:50am this morning - superb service, thank you.

The service I received from Bhavesh was 1st class. He helped me not only with my energy contract but also the meter install. He kept me updated throughout the process and no question went unanswered. Patient and honest.
Definitely use again for my renewal and anything energy related.

Great service
I had many bad experiences dealing directly with British Gas Lite. However Bhavesh took all the stress away and dealt with my request quickly and efficiently.

Great service
Wr contacted Jonstar. We were contacted promptly by Ryan Edwards. He explained the current electricity tariffs, and emailed a quotation the next day.
We discussed the quotes and signed up the next day at a very competitive rate. The whole process was very simple and Ryan gave us expert advice and great service.
Highly recommended.

Streamlined and Efficient! 100% Recommend!
I came across Jonstar during a very busy trading period and asked them to help me manage my renewals. I used to manage the gas and electricity for my 5 shops myself, though Jonstar took the hasstle away and managed to get me a better deal through their brokerage than I would have been able to get myself. They also aligned all of my contract dates and contact me (instead of the other way around) when it is time to renew. Jonstar also keep me informed of market movements which always allows me to make more informed decisions when it comes to prices and contract terms. I have been with Jonstar now for approximately 7 years and having experienced their level of service I have no intention of ever managing the energy needs for my business again myself. They take away the pressure and allow me to focus on running my business. Special mention to Avtar who always makes renewal time more pleasurable! I appreciate a personal service so thank you!
