JonStar Energy - Superb customer service!!
Matthew Knight from JonStar Energy was excellent! He is polite, witty, very informative and is an expert in his field. We wanted to change electricity supplier and he secured a really good deal for the company I work for. Communication was great with regular updates and would highly recommend Matthew and JonStar. Infact we will be using him again in October 2022 when our other Gas contract expires.

I can’t fault this company at all. 5stars for their outstanding work. After just setting up my own business I was worried about the up lift in prices at the moment. But the lads at Jonstar reassured me and got the best package for me. Thanks so much for your help and taking the time to help me.

Easy to contact by phone or e- mail. Always return their calls quickly. Excellent customer service. Explain very thoroughly the details of the offer and why they recommend. Best company I have ever dealt with for this type of enquiry. Will use them again and strongly recommend their services.

Professional company
Professional company, returned calls promptly or answered phone very quickly. Had our energy renewal sorted after 20 minutes on the phone. Very simple and easy. Will certainly contact again next year when my electricity comes due for renewal again. For comparison, I was on hold to a larger firm for longer than it took Jonathan to quote and secure our renewal.

Professional and easy to deal with - Jay
I was not quite sure how efficient they would be with a switch for our first property, having bad experience with other brokers in the past, but they've proved to be professional, prompt and easy to deal with. They have now dealt with another contract for us and I cannot find a fault with them so far.

Best price, quick and easy.
Not much different from any other energy broker, but Jonstar was efficient and didn't take up a lot of my time. They also came back with the best rates compared to other brokers

Very good once the hard sell stopped
We had lots of companies asking us to go with them once our contract was renewed, hard sell and patronising, some with outrageous pricing. Once we got past the hard sell pitch which more or less told us we were uneducated Jonstar were actually competitive and very helpful explaining all the options open to us. Our tip - stop treating existing customers with hard sell and they will stay with you, once you get past this spiel you are actually good.
