Fake shoes. I ordered the Air Jordan 1 Tie-Dye. First they smell like cheaper plastic. I check the the labels, logos and other security checks and no one matches with the nike ones.

I would have given them a zero rating. First, they fraudulently sell as if they were the manufacturer of on cloud shoes. Contact info doesn’t work…phone number does not connect, email address gets rejected. Sometimes get responses that are bad grammar and threatening. The shoes look like the originals but they are fake….not the fit, not the laces and sent in a shoe box for a different sneaker! You wait for delivery at least 20 days. When I finally received them they did not fit at all and trying to contact them to return because they state 30 day return and refund policy has been a nightmare. Luckily I have my credit card company helping me with getting my money back. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FIRM, EVER! They are not legit at all. I hope others learn from my experience. Be careful ordering online. FYI…the manufacturer for on cloud sneakers is on-running.com.

Would give it 0 if I could,I ordered a pair of jordan 4 retro for my partner,showed on website they were in a sale for £140 went to checkout shipping £15 so a total of £155 I was to pay,payed on my credit card,payment of £165 went out,looked everywhere for an email address that worked or even a real number or social media account ( I should have known then that it was a scam) anyway finally found an email address to then be told the extra payment amount was for freight,they had sent me 2 confirmation emails one to say they had received my order the other was from another company explaining about extra charges..after another couple of emails back and forth I was then told they couldn't find my order through my order number! I was then told that they couldn't send me the items so transaction would be canceled,BUT I had to go through PayPal to get my refund! Managed to get a watsap number the person was extremely rude,I tried to explain that as I paid on credit card I couldn't get money back from PayPal,I was then told that it wasn't her problem and it was my loss 😕 how can they get away with this 😢 I'm just hoping my credit card company will deal with this dispute but that could take weeks,its not like I have that sort of money to just loose,I am absolutely mortified

We order red retro hi bred Nike trainers when they came they smelt of new rubber and had no QR code labels. Nike confirmed they were fake. The site started threatening us over obtaining a refund and free postage, so the bank immediately issues a charge back. The trainers were fake from China, avoid this site or if you’re happy with £120 fakes then fine.

Another SCAMMY Website. Stay away. It should have been clear from the whatsapp, the address in Bari, the gmail, the italian phone...crazy it is even sponsored by google!!!!

I ordered Jordan 4 Red Thunder, was worried by Trustpilot reviews and chased every day. But all worries unjustified. Every day my emails were answered. Product arrived within 8 days, no damage, all looks authentic and top quality. Sorry for doubting you!

This website charged me five times the value of the pair of shoes and the shoes were fake!!

0 is I could. Ordered £160 Jordan’s for my 13 year olds birthday and got a weird email Confirmation. Knew straight away I was scammed! Emailed the address back and the scammer was rude and cheeky! I have contacted my bank and they will do a distribution for me once transaction has been processed. Also will be Contacting police to make sure these scammers get caught

Appauling, my 12 year old daughter ordered a pair of trainers thinking it was legitimate but as soon as I saw the bank transaction we realised it was dodgy. 5 weeks we've been waiting for a refund that they've promised and nothing. Said its a banking delay. Struggling to get our money back from Natwest Rooster whose service is equally bad. Avoid at all costs.

Can’t put a 0 score, would if I could. Scammed my 12 year old son who saved up for these shoes for me to order. Their website looked professional and quoted 30 days ‘easy UK returns’.
Despite sizing half a size up from his usual shoe size those that were sent were too small.
When I asked for a return or exchange I just got a load of emails back saying it was my fault and they won’t pay for my mistakes.
Rude and awful.
Now disputing through bank. AVOID

Do not purchase from this website! Asked to cancel was told too late? When shoes arrived they were dreadful! Asked to return for full refund was sent return address in China and told had to pay approx 100gbp for shipping fee! Will need to go through my bank for refund as correspondence has been dreadful and site is clearly fraudulent and misleading. Its cost me £163 and I have nothing to show for it.

I wish I could give them a 0. Ordered a pair for my daughter from a link she sent not even thinking of checking out site first. That's my bad! It is a charge from Singapore. Definitely NOT getting REAL Jordan's from Singapore so I immediately asked for them to cancel my order & refund my $180. They responded with a bot like email stating 2-4 weeks. Well, it has been well over 4 weeks. No refund. No "Jordan's" have sent a few more emails in between with no response at all. Guess I'm going back to my bank & handling it through them now. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!

Shoes look great everything looks good only a few bad things the delivery was longer than expected and the box was a little beat up the shoes looked great tho if your thinking of buying just know it may take a few weeks
