Don’t even deserve one star I ordered and got no shoes I’m asking for a refund as the website says 100% guaranteed refunds when that’s not true this is a scam and is fraud please do not purchase these shoes

Do not buy from this company. They are fake! Cannot return for refund as based in china

The company is fake and they are trying to bribe me to keep my order I said I want a refund and they are just not giving it I think this is outrageous I don’t know how to get my refund someone help

Was extremely worried when ordered due to not having an order confirmation and then seeing the terrible reviews after ordering. Was actually pleasantly surprised when I received my order. Order was great and on time. I was then wondering why I was worried.

This site is a scam my son ordered two sneakers and they sent two completely different size and won't exchange it. They are telling me I should give it to someone as a gift after spending $300.
Do not buy from this site yall

I wish I could choose 0! This site is fraudulent! My son ordered shoes, and after 4 weeks when they didn't come and multiple unanswered emails, our bank reversed the charges. On day 46 they come, but they were no longer needed. They come in a box with a return address labeled "Jane, and a NJ warehouse location". We wrote to them stating we were returning. They immediately responded telling us to not ship to that address, that they could not receive to that address, and we had to ship back to Hong Kong which would cost us "$65-$85USD" and since we already had the shoes, they would let us pay only $112 if we paid their Stripe account and included the link. I contacted the BBB, reported the website to Nike, and emailed them back the tracking number. They sent a threatening email to my son that the police would show up. We are of course blocking them.

Not for sure if you all understand this but I dont On Its Way to USPS

Don’t know if I rolled lucky, but my Jordan 3s worth around 400 arrived in perfect condition albeit in a slightly tattered box, cross referenced everything and it seems legit, could be wrong tho, website domain is down now tho

very legit came quickly and were in great condition

After the purchase was made, I received a threatening email. I have not had no other contact with them and have not received no shoes. This is a scam site. DONT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. STOP. STOP. STOP!

It has been a year now since I bought from jordan official. Didn't think scams happened like this in the modern day and were let off but here we are.

I ordered these shoes yesterday and I immediately realized that it was strange that the payment confirmation email had not arrived. I did a search and found out about all the scams. I contacted my bank, they recommended a dispute but it will take 15 days. DO NOT BUY FROM THERE. can't talk to anyone from the site so i’m like blocked, from what i read its like a game of roulette some get shoes some don't. I don't even know how they will arrive if they ever arrive.
If there are any updates I will update you.
UPDATE 1 when I asked for a refund, as well as convincing me to keep the order, in which they still didn't specify that they were false, I received emails from different accounts. fact that I managed to get my money back including shipping. don't risk buying from there. 🫶
UPDATE 2 i just found about that the site as been take down

Was very worried after i ordered shoes for my sons birthday then saw the reviews. I even called up my bank to see if I could cancel the order but had to wait 15 days.
The shoes have arrived well packaged, and look really good. Not sure if they are fake or not but they are decent quality and look good so I'm pretty happy.

Not a trust worthy site at all the prices are very low considering the trainers that are on there are pricy, mainly it’s a scam !

Avoid this site like the plague. This website is blatantly a scam site, the Jordan 1 high diors are being sold for £160 while on a “sale”. If you didn’t know, most pairs go for over 5k. Even if your into wearing fakes, which is completely fine, don’t bother here as the prices are way too high for fakes

Ok so I know what your thinking, you bought the shoes and now your scared because you see all the scam warnings. I have been through this whole process and came out on top. So I went and spent 160 bucks on a set of Jordan 11 retros and then came and saw all the reviews, was scared shitless. I went through paypal on the purchase and called them. Told them I wanted my money back. They opened a dispute and ruled in my favor. They gave me back my 160 bucks. About 2-3 weeks later I received the shoes. From Hong Kong. Believe it or not they are super nice, couldn’t tell a difference from fake ones. I plan to wear them on the daily. But I wouldn’t take chances if you haven’t bought shoes yet. Good luck

Do not go near this. It's a complete scam. Fake Chinese Goods. As soon as the order went through, I realised that I had made a terrible mistake. They first agreed to a refund, then backtracked and then sent the goods to an address in Louisiana. Amex is trying to get my money back, but

Die Ware aus diesem Shop ist Fakeware/ Fälschung. Die Rückgabe ist nicht möglich, da 95 € Rückgabegebühr verlangt wird. Finger weg von diesem Shop!!!

I would’ve given a rating of zero if I could !!!!.
Ordered two pairs of shoes from a nice and well laid out website and money was taken from my credit card two days after that and I’m still waiting for them 4 weeks later!!!!.
When you email all you get told is to wait patiently(that’s if you’re lucky enough to get a reply!!!)My latest email has just been ignored for over a week now so when this review is forwarded to them they will just ignore it anyway so Trust Pilot don’t waste your time sending it !!!!!.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.!!!!!!!!
