Had 3 units fitted at our home last week and the lads did a great job. Very quick, efficient and polite. Tidy finish and cleaned up well afterwards. Units themselves doing a great job so far and its handy they can be managed from a smartphone app. Def recommend Lee and all the team, top experience.

Excellent from first visit to installation. I can not recommend Lee @ JOSA enough, Lee and the whole team clearly have a lot of pride in what they do as the service the offer is more than 5 stars.

Two young lads Jay and Ross did my installation. Very curteous, super efficient and very friendly. The job was done on time as promised, more than exceeded my expectations, or should I say that of my Labrador as she can't take her coat off, and she loves lying on the carpet now. Made a vast difference to my own existence too as this place is so different with A/C. I would recommend Josa to anyone thinking of getting A/C, one of the best firms i've dealt with in a long time.

Recently had an air con unit fitted in a summerhouse . The two lads who fitted it were very polite and professional. They took away all the packaging and also helped me set up the wi fi on my phone, then explained all the settings .

I have been very impressed with relationship I formed with this company from the moment I first spoke to them to the full installation and the instructions how to use the remote and the after service. l was recommended by a neighbour to give them opportunity. It's so rare these days that you get such a high standard of professionalism from first enquiry through to installation and aftercare. I was nervous about my heating/cooling choice and I felt so reassured by the deep knowledge and the way that the project was taken off of my hands and completed with brilliant communication throughout. Very rarely does a service post Covid exceed your expectations. From the outset the service has been excellent. Lee is very friendly and talked us through the choices and process. He is an expert in refrigeration engineering and passionate about his job. Jess has kept us up to date with regular emails. The men that fitted the AC unit were polite, tidy and highly professional, a real credit to their company and demonstrates good management and training by this company. I would not hesitate in recommending this company, excellent from start to finish.

Installation team professional, good workmanship and friendly. Installed an air conditioning unit for a large conservatory. The weather was miserable and still they got the job done in good time. They were very helpful with the app training for this unit.

From the moment that we contacted JOSA-AC Services LTD until the job was completed we had a 5 Star service 'which is so rare nowadays in the UK', Lee Hellawell provided excellent two way communication from the 'initial enquiry stage' and actually installed the AC Unit himself with excellent attention to details, quality of workmanship and tidyness. I would positively recommend the company to anyone who is considering an Air Conditioning Unit / Heating Unit, they are a pleasure to work with.

We highly recommend JOSA - AC for their friendly and professional service. The guys who installed our air-con were consultative throughout re positioning of unit indoors and outside and their workmanship was impressive. Loved the fact that they tidied up after themselves , including taking away all packaging for recycling. We enjoyed a good night's sleep last night - at last !! We are considering having a second unit fitted in our conservatory which gets very hot in the Summer and freezing in the Winter so would be perfect in there to regulate the temperature as it's our favourite room to relax.
