Really pleased with the service from Paul & Keir at Parkhouse AC Installation with the installation of 2 units in our Park Hone. They were both polite, friendly and professional throughout. Arrived early, kept us fully informed as the job went along, and the standard of workmanship was excellent. Everything was done to a really high standard and they left everything neat and tidy as well. Couldn’t fault them and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for AC installation. First-class service.

Even though they had a crisis, with one of their fitters taking ill on the way down to us, Paul kept us informed of what was happening and when they would arrive. They worked all day, finishing late on both days to make sure our system was up and running.

They have done a marvellous job, very neat and tidy and we are really happy with the units. I couldn't decide which unit to have in our lounge, but they were so patient with me until I made up my mind.

A very honest company, that don't try to upsell you with anything and now our park home is lovely and warm, and now looking forward to sleeping in a nice cool bedroom in summer.

Absolutely delighted with the whole process. The initial contact was extremely helpful. Paul guided me through the various options and the website gave me a good overview of the cost benefits. On installation day they arrived at the agreed time and the work completed to my total satisfaction. I’ve now had the system through extremely hot days and cold winter days and the system works so well in all temperatures. Would thoroughly recommend Paul and his company.

Paul in the office was patient with all my questions, the online calculator on their website is a fantastic tool for comparing different systems & Paul talked me through various options & prices to suit my budget, not once did I feel pressured which is so refreshing.

The 2 fitters turned up on time, they were very professional & made sure I knew what to expect & explained the best places for both indoor & outdoor units. The little touches like colour co-ordinating the exterior trunking to match the lodge colours go a long way to show how much the company cares for their clients.

If I could give Parkhouse 10* I would, best customer service & a fantastic product range.

For the purist: 6.5kw Toshiba Haori unit which is almost silent in operation & a nice warm lodge now at half the cost of lpg central heating.

First class experience with Parkhouse. Paul talked me through the options for our lodge in Perthshire and we settled on a Toshiba Haori two way system that met our needs. Carl and Keir turned up bright and early on a typically damp Scottish winter morning. We talked through the options and they worked through the day to install the system. They clearly knew what they were doing, if they hit any snags we were never aware. The end result looks great inside and out. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Parkhouse team to anyone looking for a similar system.

We contacted Paul at Parkhouse Air Conditioning in November 2025. Paul & Keir came out to see us and ask us what our requirement's were then proceeded to go through the options available to us. It soon became obvious that they were both very knowledgeable and committed about the products they are installing. Once they had gone through all of the options they showed us video's of recent installs and left us with procures and links to online information. The following day we received a written quotation with pricing for the different options, including proposed start dates for the installation.
Upon making our decision we contacted Paul with our choice and he advised us of an installation date of 4th December.
Paul, Keir and Carl arrived at 8.30 am on the day in very inclement weather conditions. Despite this they worked all day with a smile on their faces, they were polite, courteous and exceptionally clean and tidy workers.
Despite the poor weather conditions they were able to complete the install in one day and the standard of workmanship was excellent. Even our neighbours commented on how neat and tidy the external works had been carried out. Once the installation was completed the team took the time to set up the wifi and remote access on my phone to enable me to control the system from where ever I am located, they also walked me through the minor maintenance of the internal filter system. They also emphasised the fact that if I was unsure of anything that they are always at the end of the phone. I have been able to set up the Toshiba App on my phone and input our electrical cost per unit so that I can monitor the cost of using the system. To date we have been highly delighted with the product. It just takes minutes to bring our open plan lounge, dinning room and kitchen up to temperature and the system is virtually silent in operation. To this end I would highly recommend Paul and the team at Parkhouse Air Conditioning to anyone looking into installing Air Conditioning into their home

From the 1st interaction with Parkhouse, it was clear that they were both professional and extremely knowledgeable in the installation of Air Conditioning for park homes. We interacted through emails and also phone calls to ensure that the system we installed was the best for our needs and at no time during this process did we feel rushed or troublesome for asking numerous questions. It was clear that Paul was more than happy to explore different options for us and was very honest in his responses and his suggestions for the best fit for our home.
We only had to wait a few weeks for the installation and prior to the installation day, we received a call from Paul to check that we were still ok with the date and to answer any questions that we had. The installation was an absolute dream! Both Paul and Keir arrived when they said they would, were very respectful of our home and how they fitted into our day. The respect was demonstrated beautifully in how clean the project was, in fact, other than the arrival of the units on our walls, there was no 'work rubbish' or mess to show that they'd been there, either inside or outside!
The job was completed in 2 days! We were surprised at how quickly the installation was completed, considering we had units installed in 4 rooms as well as the outdoor control unit and all the piping etc that goes along with that.
We would recommend Parkhouse to anyone considering their services and will mention them in any interaction we have with other park home owners since their knowledge of 'lodges' was second to none, reflected in the speed and cleanliness of the job.
We've also received an after service call to check we're happy with the installation and to answer any questions we might have. So often, this important part of a job is missed, however, I'm confident that should we have any questions, then contacting the company will be welcomed.
IF you're considering air conditioning/heating in your home, then please do yourself a favour and contact Parkhouse for a quote - we also found them to be very competitive and well worth every penny we spent on the system.

There guys arrived on time and the found there were access challenges. After brain storming between the guys it was sorted. This job went smoothly and there was o mess anywhere. I left this for a couple of months before posting so we could give it a good test. Cooling works great and the heating raises the room temperature by 4 degrees in about 30 mins. All in all highly recommend these gus and the product they supply.

From my very first discussion with Paul regarding air con in my Park Home he has been brilliant , he guided me through the whole thing working out what I thought I needed and what I actually needed, no pressure whatsoever just sound solid advise.My new system was installed yesterday by Paul and Kier they did a brilliant job so neat and tidy I am so so pleased I came across Paul and his company, I recommend them 100% without hesitation.

Having decided to try air conditioning, contacted Paul who talked us through the best solution for our park home. Very busy period for the company so had to wait a while but so glad we waited for installation with this company. Paul and Keir arrived on time and took time to advise us on the best way to install the system. Both worked hard all day and the following day to install the system. Very efficient and neat workers cleaning up as they went. Would have no problem in recommending this company, very pleased.

Excellent service. Paul and Os came and fitted the unit. Worked hard all day and did an excellent job. Unit in the lounge is so neat and has made such a difference in the lounge on hot days. The unit outside stands on rubber feet and a concrete plinth so no vibrating and very quiet. Wish we'd had it done before. 100% recommend Parkhouse Air Conditioning.

This is our 2nd time of having aircon fitted by Paul and the team after upgrading our home. The service received is 2nd to none. They talk you through the set up, to get the right one for you. They treat you and your home with the utmost respect, cleaning as they go. No question is left unanswered, the service is top notch. Paul is always on the end of the phone if you have an issue.
