Bad reviews because of someones ill health are something to bypass! Its not nice reading horrible reviews when you get 1st class products and delivered within decent times.

Hmm I understand these two good reviews here from Sarah and Shelley are from the owner or her friends... There is NO explanation for being so rude as this lady Jo is. I ordered 2 baby vests back in April, no communication no signs of delivery after a few weeks of waiting, so I msg her asking what's going on with my order. This lady straight away canceled my order, without any explanation after me waiting for it for 2 weeks!! I mean how rude!! At the same time the order number dissapears from my Etsy account so I can't leave a bad review. You wonder why on Etsy she's got all the good 5 stars review, this is because when she's being horrible to a customer, not sending order etc she cancels the order so people can't leave a bad review! The same with facebook, there is no option to leave review, and on Instagram you being blocked if you say something bad. Lastly, surprise surprise this "lovely" lady removed her google page so people can't write reviews anymore. I have seen this page few months ago and there was lots of bad reviews there and probably even more by then. Google was the only one place she couldn't remove all those bad reviews so that's why she closed the page. Haha very sad lady, actually I feel very sorry for her ...

All of this you written are lies. Hard to believe you were ill as at that time your Etsy account looked rather busy and the 5stars reviews were floating in! What a lie! You just decided to shut down anyone who after few weeks asked what's going on with their order/delivery.
After 13 years for sure, you should know by now what a great customer service is!
And no, you couldn't read all of my comments/msg etc as I only wrote to you once! Another lie
You better explain why you deleting bad comments/reviews and why did you close your google page!
I am only writing this to put it out there, as you don't treat your customers the way you do. I have been supporting business like yours for years and never ever I have been treated this way.
It only takes a seconds to write to customer, sorry I am busy, i am ill i be late with your order etc. I am sure people can understand it... but the way you did it there is no explanation for this behaviour...

I’ve used Jo’s baby gifts for many years, always a great service and price, even when I’ve needed something at short notice they have sorted it for me

15 days after purchasing I am informed she cannot make the order, it should have been arriving to me at this point! Disappointing and a complete let down, avoid this seller.

AVOID!!! Company constantly lies or gives no communication. Avoid at all costs!
You order and they cancel or never make/send it.
Any complaints on her Instagram or Other channels and you are blocked.
AVOID!!!!!!

Ordered a personalised bear two weeks ago.Hadn't received it by yesterday or had any notification to say it had been dispatched so i emailed Jo’s baby gifts.No communication back just an email from paypal today to say i’ve received a refund.Shocking customer service and obviously had no intention of fulfilling the order but didn’t have the decency to contact me once i had placed the order to say it would not be possible. Will not be ordering from this website again or any of her products that are on other personalised gift websites.Definately would not recommend Jo’s baby gifts there are plenty more gift websites to order from so 100% stay away from this one.

Shocking and poor customer service!! Ordered a hamper for my newborn baby nephew over 2 weeks ago which never arrived! Contacted the seller by email and social media so many times but failed to even get one email reply back. Even tried calling but the phone was constantly off! This is after the website says postage is 'fast'. I've now just received an auto email from paypal saying a refund has been processed with no other message - let's hope I get the refund! No intention of fulfilling the order at all and just caused a load of unnecessary stress. Avoid!

I have made 2 previous orders from Jos baby gifts and they were fab! However ordering on this occasion I emailed after 2 weeks asking for an update. She replied saying she had been poorly but could make and post Monday 3rd August, i agreed with this and understood that things happen and people get poorly . I then emailed Wednesday 5th August for an update to confirm if it had been sent out or not, if not I would contact PayPal in which I received the reply "HI Lauren yes you can report with paypal if you don't want it, or I can send you a refund now, thanks,Jo"
This was AFTER I had clearly said I still wanted my order for our best friend's new baby!
She had no intention of making this order. Shocking and rude customer service. I did get a refund however this isnt the point.

Total rubbish. Ordered a bear, without communication they cancelled the order 2 weeks later. They won't reply to mails or messenger... avoid at all costs
