The charger arrived quite quickly but seems to take about 4 times as long to charge things compared to the Apple chargers.
Also magnet not strong enough for iPhone 14 pro max as phone tends to fall off.
I have sent back for a refund.

Good delivery time and love the 3 in one charger

I purchased their iPhone 14 Pro leather case which I must admit looks great however, its design lets it down massively. The buttons simply do not function - by this I mean they either hold down the power/volume buttons completely (so it consistently activated Siri or takes screenshots) or they just don’t function at all. Journey customer service responded very quickly and dispatched a second case… unfortunately, this one has the exact same issue so it’s definitely a design fault. For the price of the case, you’d expect this fault to not be present.

In addition, I believe for at least one of the cases, they had sent me a “returned” case as the packaging showed signs of “first use”. The other case had a great scratch deep in the leather on the back, so it was surprising to see how this passed their Quality Checks.

Finally, when asked for an update from the second case, they didn’t seem to want to work out why I was sent two dodgy cases and took me up immediately on my suggestion of a refund. It would have been nice to see what could have been done to resolve the fault but at least a refund was promptly issued.

Unfortunately, I would not buy from this company again.

Update Sep/23 - the iPhone and Watch Charging Stand has now developed a fault (only about 8-9 months old) where it sporadically charges my Apple Watch Series 9.

Overall, long term quality of these products is sub par and I’d highly recommend you just get something from Amazon instead for half the price!

I really like my new charger, the watch charger fell off once but not sure if it was my fault as maybe I did not push it in enough, but it’s a slick bit of kit.

Fantastic Customer Service. I did want to return my 3-1 charging / docking station as a little worried about the weight of my mobile but sent me some magnetic discs free of charge and works perfectly and really happy with my purchase

Recently brought,Journey 3-1 charger and very impressive quality,in magnetic strength etc. Had query & email response was quick and issue resolved satisfactory. Now looking at other Journey products. Very happy with service & quality.

Reliable and on time

Requires additional plug - should really come as a bundle. It’s slow in charging your phone - wire is quicker to charge my phone

This is the second in car MagSafe charger I have bought from Journey. First one is in my work van. After 6 months I was confident enough in the product to buy a second for the car
