Excellent warranty and customer service!
We had a defect in our trampoline jump mat and after a few quick messages with Raymond at the customer care team, they sent us a new one! They had it to us within a week and the process of getting it replaced was very quick and simple! They stand by their warranty and are easy and friendly to work with!

Grace was so kind and helpful. She went above and beyond to help us. I reached out because the wind took our trampoline to visit 2 neighbors over. I read reviews that mentioned customer service for this company is great and boy were they right. I reached out to see if I could buy replacement parts and hardware and in the end they replaced the entire trampoline. I cant believe it and didnt expect it! Cannot reccomend them enough!
Going above and BEYOND!
I cannot say enough good things about Joyberri and specifically Grace who was so kind and supportive to us and our dilemma. We bought a trampoline from a supplier who subsequently went out of business.. The problem? We didn't know until several weeks later we opened the box to find MANY pieces missing. I thought we were in trouble but nope, we had GRACE come to the rescue!! She gathered all our missing parts and SOMEHOW got the warehouse to send us what were were missing.. The result? Well, now my granddaughter will have her birthday trampoline setup this spring and it's all because of Grace.

Have had a great experience with this company. Our 15ft trampoline we got my kids for Christmas got swept away in a windstorm even though we had it staked down. I reached out to the company to see if we could get some replacements parts, but the parts we needed they were out of stock of so they sent us a brand new set to replace it out of no cost of our own!!!! They went above and beyond and did not have to do that, I'm so glad there are still some good reputable companies that strive for excellent customer service out there. Could not recommend Joyberri enough - FIVE STARS!!!

Easy assembly and excellent customer service!
We ordered this trampoline the middle of February. It got lost in the mail but we were able to get a replacement. The assembly was fairly simple with me and my husband both putting it together. My girls absolutely loved it and the 12FT was the perfect size for them. Fast forward about a week of having it and a lively Oklahoma windstorm blew it across our yard and into some trees in our neighbors yard. My girls were debated. I contacted customer service and Raymund was able to help me and is sending us a replacement. I couldn’t be more pleased with how easy and simple it was to contact customer service because of there email, calling, and texting options. My girls will be patiently waiting by the door for the delivery driver now.
