I ordered two bookcases from Joybos on…

I ordered two bookcases from Joybos on Feb. 5. It is March 19 and they have not arrived even they were to be delivered on March 15. Now, there is no tracking info available at all. The phone number on its website is none functioning. I am concerned about this company and wish that I would have read reviews before placing my order. I think credit card companies should be notified so customer payments are protected. As promised I am amending my review. The bookcases arrived today!!! Joybos has also offered to send me a free gift for the delay. I appreciate the company's attention to my order

I placed an order on this website not knowing that the item would be shipped from China, and it still hasn't arrived.

No communication about shipping times have been provided. No tracking details, no customer support, none of the links work in the Shop app to track the order.

Stackable clothes storage baskets

Shortly after ordering three stackable clothes storage baskets I went on to Trustpilot and was dismayed to read the negative reviews. However, in the event, I am very pleased with the product which had going for it the fact that the baskets came in different sizes to fit into e.g. an airing cupboard. They look great, are sturdy and strong. Yes, you have to wait a few weeks for delivery for obvious reasons: they are coming a long way! When I eventually contacted Customer Service they responded immediately. So I am a satisfied customer. A bit pricey but if that’s what you’re looking for and you’re prepared to be patient I personally think they are a good buy.

I would strongly advise others not to…

I would strongly advise others not to order from this seller. My experience has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. The product has still not been delivered, well past the timeframes that were originally promised on the website. The shipping information was confusing and misleading, and once I placed my order, there was no proper update about where my package actually was.

Customer service has been just as frustrating. Messages are either not responded to or I receive generic replies that do not solve anything. Instead of providing a clear delivery date or a real solution, I was simply told to “keep waiting” or to refuse the parcel if it ever eventually arrives. That is not acceptable when I have already paid in full.

There has been no responsibility, no urgency, and no genuine assistance from this company. At this point, I have lost trust completely. I regret ordering from them and would not recommend them to anyone. Save your money and avoid the stress — look elsewhere.

Jamais livrée , jamais remboursée

Mi décembre je passe une commande de boîtes de rangement pour un montant de 69,90 euros . Celles ci annoncées sur un délai entre 2 et 5 jours n arriveront jamais. Un membre du service client propose de procéder au remboursement. Il m adresse une preuve du remboursement sur une carte comportant des numéros ne correspondant pas à ma carte !!!! J ai adressé copie de mon extrait bancaire prouvant la transaction. Si je ne suis pas remboursé je m adresserai au service compétent du gouvernement relatif aux fraudes sur internet. Cette entreprise n est pas fiable . N achetez pas !!!!

I had a disappointing experience with…

I had a disappointing experience with this company’s return policy. I contacted them within 30 days to return an item that was not damaged and unused. Initially, I was told the item could not be returned, and later I was informed that I could only return it at my own expense plus pay a $33 restocking fee.
After factoring in return shipping and the restocking fee, the cost to return the item is almost as much as the item itself. This feels unreasonable and was not clearly communicated upfront. I would not recommend purchasing from this company unless you are absolutely certain you will keep the item.

Serpillières non conformes

Il y a un mois, j’ai commandé des serpillières correspondant avec un saut plat et le mauvais modèle m’a été envoyé. Depuis ce jour, j’ai contacté à plusieurs reprises le service qui me répondent n’importe quoi je demande de renvoyer les serpillières qui ne correspondent pas et d’avoir celles qui correspondent aux bons modèles. Cela m’a l’air très compliqué chez eux. Ils répondent quand ils ont le temps. ! Je leur ai envoyé des photos des serpillières qui correspondaient
J’attends toujours l’échange, ce site n’est pas sérieux !!

Faulty Mop

I bought a mop for $99.95 early August which took 6 weeks to arrive. Once I discovered there were no instructions on how to set it up I was unhappy with the product. I contacted Joybos and they offered me a $20 discount so I thought I’d try the mop out. I only use it ever 2-3 weeks, about 6 times since late September but today the Velcro strips on the bottom of the mop have partially come away. So now, I can’t squeeze the water off the mop pads because the Velcro strips aren’t sitting flat. Basically I can’t use the mop because I can’t squeeze the water off.
I’ve emailed Joybos asking for a refund of my faulty product, once I hear back from them I’ll update my review.

Satisfied customer. Waiting for delivery …

I will change my review when the answer me and take care of the issue. I purchased the self wringing mop and extra heads. The heads are for a totally different mop. All 6 heads. Only the one that came with the mop fits. I will report to my cc company but I’ll give it a day for a response

Update they are sending me the correct mops to go with the heads sent. Thanks

Ware ist absoluter Schrott und überteuert.
Rücksendung auf eigene Kosten nach nach China für den dreifachen Portopreis. Und eh man die Adresse bekommt muss man 4 Emails schreiben + Foto usw.
Verbrecherladen!!!

Cela fait bientôt 3 mois que j'attends…

Cela fait bientôt 3 mois que j'attends mon coli. Aucune information reçu, aucun email planifiant la livraison, juste un email au bout de 2 mois me disant que le coli est reparti en Belgique car je n'étais pas là... De une j'étais toujours chez moi et de deux je n'ai reçu aucun avis de livraison... Depuis aucune nouvelle!
Honnêtement c'est scandaleux d'un point de vu respect du client mais également pour l'environnement (deja je me sens flouée car il n'est indiqué nulle part que le coli vient de chine, et puis ces allers-retours innutiles vers la Belgique... Pfff)

ACHTUNG!! Mindere Qualität, Produkt funktioniert nicht, es wird keine Rückerstattung bzw. die Zusendung eines Rücksendescheins angeboten. BETRUG!!!!

EDIT :

Nach langen Diskussionen wurde mit ein Großteil des Kaufpreises zurückerstattet. Das Produkt musste ich nicht zurückschicken. Leider hätte ich mir jedoch trotzdem eine kundenfreundlicher Rückgabemöglichkeit gewünscht.
