I’m still waiting for my Phone Holder and this is third week. Tracking number not recognised and item hasn't arrived yet. Very poor experience so far. All in all, a very disappointing experience so far and I’m still waiting for my phone holder.

Absolutely scam. Ordered a fone holder which arrived in 2 pieces. Despite fotos and enumerable mails the only response I received was to review their product.

THIS COMPANY HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NEVER RESPONDS TO MAILS AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT U PURCHASE ANY ITEM FROM THEM.

As with all the reviews below this is a bad experience. Tracking number not recognised and item arrived after two weeks. Very poor razor and is nothing like the video advertising it. I'm not sure I can return it as they apparently will not accept goods that have been used. All in all a very disappointing experience.

Ordered a razor no sign of it. I agree with all the other reviews this a scam.
No idea why You Tube allow them to advertise on their platform. Avoid at all cost

Avoid like the plague, no goods supplied, lack of communication (meaning none), tracking number provided does not work....have looked to take legal action against them (pending).

JoyCuts seems to be a fraud/scam. Scratch remover for the car looked too good to be true, which of course, it probably is! Over a month now and still no product has arrived despite a total of six emails (the English sounds very Chinese/or similar) but think that there is no hope of getting anything but cross! Why is U Tube continually showing their products? They must know this scenario happens to most on a whole range of things.

I ordered a cleaning product after seeing an ad on Ytube. Its been more than a week the product hasn't reached me or the tracking number given doesn't show any update either.

Both Youtube and Joy cuts should be held responsible for promoting scams via their website.

It’s a con, I would advise that you buy nothing from this company, the products are as cheap as they come. I bought a razor, it only got shipped once Paypal got involved, the product is worse than useless, the refunds policy stars used items cannot be returned, it’s only after trying to use it that one realises that the product is not fit for purpose. I can’t believe YouTube is allowing them to advertise on their platform. A lesson learnt.

Overpriced and then charge a lot for delivery
They say your order is on its way and provided a tracking number but it doesn't work
They never respond to E mails until PayPal gets involved AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Ordered cleaning product from joycuts, on 27th July, almost £30. Had confirmation email. Then said despatched but tracking number not recognised. Then realised it was from China. So think I have been scammed. Have emailed a few times for an update but no response to any of them.

Update today 9th August. The product arrived by Royal Mail : Wise owl furniture salve in Cozy Currant with brush, 2 pack.
Supposed to have essential oils to leave a lovely scent. Neither tin had any scent. No instructions. Felt and looked like petroleum jelly/ Vaseline. Disappointed and not 100% confidence it is actually a Wise Owl product. Unfortunately I cannot recommend based on my experience with joycuts. Perhaps their lack of customer service and non response to emails affected my views.

Also having problems with an order from Joycuts. Order confirmed, money taken but item not received. Emailed them but as yet haven't received a reply. Tracking number doesn't work. I'm still within their 20 days shipping time (just) but not very hopeful as they haven't replied to my email concern. Feeling cross with myself by getting sucked into what appears to be a scam. Wonder how much money they have made from people like me?

So item from Joycuts did finally arrive and was as described. They also did reply to my email but again took a long time.

Me get no Joy, but many Cuts, with no happy ending, Yet another Chinese ripoff shop banging out rubbish for our landfill sites, I'm actually more annoyed with myself for getting suckered in by the CG special effects filming on YouTube, of the young man having what looks like the perfect shave with a battery shaver, but in reality, the perfect shave was a nightmare, the shaver just ripped my beard hair out and was so painful I had to stop and throw it in the bin, id like to film a real shave with the lethal shaver and show the damage to my face after the worst shave I've ever had, their delivery takes weeks and their tracking numbers don't work despite what they say, but I am now wishing it wasn't delivered, I then may have escaped the pain the awful shaver inflicted on me, I'm unsure if you can return a partially used shaver to China or even their mailing address in Doncaster, however, I've endured enough pain with this product and took the loss.

Saw an ad on youtube for a razor and placed an order on 13/07/24. Given a tracking number the day after. Then nothing. The tracking just did not work and there was no response from Joycuts when I emailed. However, today 25/07/24 my razor arrived courtesy of Royal Mail (postmarked from Doncaster) in Bradford, 9 working days later, well within their estimated 20 day shipping. I would suggest to Joycuts that they change their tracking company as it reflects negatively on their business and just keep the customer informed.... answer customer enquiries. So two stars lost. one for lack of tracking and one terrible customer service.
The razor is a let down unfortunately, not as good as the advert.

Hi. Think I have a problem with Joycuts. Convincing spiel. Order Rust Out Instant Remover Spray. Got emailed confirmation with shipping reference and your order is on its way. . Waited a few days and got "We’ve accepted your order, and we’re getting it ready. Come back to this page for updates on your shipment status. " Emailed seller. No response. Reference provided for tracking comes up unknown. Just reported to Paypal... Anybody else come across this one (JOYCUTS)? Trust Pilot has reports for shaving scam with same company (which I only checked out afterwards Duh,)

This looks like another one of those Chinese companies, slick CGI ads, mass ads at cheap as possible and you might get something, if you do it's nothing like what's been advertised. Having shaved for 45 years, it's not possible to shave clean like that without shavings, with any shaver.

Think ive just been scammed, ordered a razor few weeks ago and nothing, can't contact them either. AAVOID AVOUD AVOID

Ordered a razor and given a tracking number that fails to work. Tried emailing joycuts with no response and no number that you can call. I am convinced this company/website is a scam. My advice is to steer clear. BTW, conned by seeing ad on youtube.
