Fast turnaround and great quality

I live in the southern United States. I ordered business cards on Tuesday, 4/28, with same-day production ($13) and next-day shipping ($30), so that it would arrive no later than Thursday, 4/30, for a networking event. Mind you they offered those options to me after providing my shipping address.

First off, they didn’t even ship it off UNTIL Thursday, 4/30, which is when it was supposed to arrive. As if that wasn’t bad enough, UPS had “mechanical failures” which caused a further delay to an estimated delivery date of Friday, 5/1. However, my package had arrived in my local area on that Friday morning and should have reached me by that evening at the latest, right? WRONG…

Lo and behold, I looked at my UPS tracking email updates, and I see that Jukebox Print themselves requested to reschedule the delivery to Saturday, 5/2!!! By this point I’m heated. I called UPS to get more details and it turns out that Jukebox Print had used the UPS Worldwide Saver service instead of UPS Worldwide Express service which is essentially the “next-day” service. UPS confirmed by phone that Jukebox never purchased the next-day shipping service I paid for, and only created the shipping label two days after my order.”

What’s worse is that UPS themselves informed me that that Express service still only advertises 1 to 2 business days, meaning there was never a guarantee that I would get the service I paid for! I called Jukebox Print customer service and Steven had the audacity to lecture me on ordering further in advance. That doesn’t absolve Jukebox’s responsibility if I paid for a next-day service—if you can’t guarantee it, don’t offer it!!!

Jukebox Print defrauded me by allowing me to purchase a shipping service that they knew they could not fulfill. What’s worse is that they accepted my payment for an express service, then ordered standard shipping, and POCKETED THE DIFFERENCE.

Don’t waste your time order from them. They don’t honor their guarantees and their customer service is awful.

I wanted to try out a new company to potentially get stickers printed by and found Jukebox Print. It’s awesome they have the 15 for $5 deal as I don’t want to commit to a large quantity of a sticker before knowing the quality and how my file will print. It was super easy to upload my designs and get proofs, however despite it stating the shipping is quick because it’s from Canada (as am I) the shipping took a long time. Everything arrived in one piece and the quality is great, but if you’re on a time crunch I don’t recommend.

Stickers arrived exactly as expected! The order arrived quickly and was as described. They were in great quality and I would definitely order from Jukebox again in the future.

I found uploading a certain size of sticker easy. I had tried earlier but it wasn't going so well. When I trimmed my images down I found the upload really easy. I also loved the quality of the stickers and liked how they were packaged. Loved the pricing too!
