The package arrived quickly and the parcel was a joy to receive in it colourful packaging. I love the box the stickers came in.

However, the colours on my sticker had been altered and weren't what I had sent in. Most notably was the greens had been all turned into only one flat green. Shadows in the reds were missing?

This is unfortunate. I was hopeful that I could use this company for my product.

Shipping came a bit delayed. Said it would arrive on April 3rd but it's a holiday so I'd assume the following Monday it'd arrived. It arrived the following Friday which was five days later. No biggie. My only issue was the quality of printing. They seem much darker than the actual image. My sticker lost a lot of details and looks so desaturated. I really wanted to like jukebox but I'll have to go back to my old manufacturer. Quality of the sticker itself seems good just not the print quality.

They are great quality stickers. They didn't come as fast as I was expecting, but they ended up looking great.

Not only was customer service prompt, they gave good advice when I wasn't sure of the outcome. I was a bit picky, sending back the preview twice to tighten the parameters, but they were right there with me, telling me my last tweak just wouldn't work and they were right. I was able to approve my choice within minutes and felt I'd made the best decision.

I did think originally that my run of magnets might be a prototype because even though I'd designed in a vector CMYK file, everything has it's own color profile and thought I'd have to make tweaks here and there but not at all! I wasn't sure of the brightness of the CMYK file and that wasn't a problem at all. The colors all came out fresh and lovely.

The delivery was within a week of ordering and I was delighted with the packaging too, and now I have a little beautiful box it all came in to treasure!
