Prompt management service
When Julian Wadden acquired Edward Mellor Lettings, I must admit I was a little concerned as to how things would change.
I needn’t have worried, the service appears more structured and its easier to access services etc. jade the property manager is easy to contact and is both professional and friendly too

Estelle was always professional, friendly, and extremely responsive whenever I had any questions or maintenance requests.
Any issues that were reported were handled promptly and efficiently, and she consistently kept me informed throughout the process.Her willingness to help and positive attitude made dealing with tenancy matters straightforward and stress-free.

Top Service during Purchase and Rental
Julian Wadden have been amazing through out both the purchase of a house and our subsequent letting of a property whilst we renovate the new house. We’ve had a couple of minor issues since we have moved in and they have been super productive and speedy in the resolution of both a leak and an insect issue. Thank you so much especially to Mia who’s Communication and determination to resolve was of the highest quality.

V poor buyer service
Been trying to contact Didsbury office for 3 days by phone to arrange two viewings whilst in Manchester (we live 300 miles away) . Only option was to leave message but calls not returned. Was eventually put through by very helpful lady in their Heatons branch only to be told unpleasantly that they couldn’t fit us in as they were too busy. Sellers, don’t use this firm!! Appalling customer service

I’ve had an excellent experience with the property management team at Julian Wadden in particular Mia Aspinall who currently looks after my account. Mia is always friendly and approachable as well as being professional, responsive, and consistently proactive in looking after my property. Communication has always been clear, and any issues are handled quickly and efficiently. It gives me peace of mind knowing my property is in capable hands.
