Super easy experience. Already found pensions i forgotten i had. Highly recommend if you want a streamlined way of transferring all of your pensions into one place.

Couldn’t recommend a better app/company to manage my pensions not only is the customer service insanely fast and the help they provide is amazing but it really helps you understand how your pension works and how your money is invested if you have no idea about it as I didn’t before using penny I recently contacted customer service yesterday for help with another policy and it’s already sorted not even 24hrs later so big thank you to James for helping me get that sorted 5* service

No deposits possible. They've been saying 'coming soon' for 2 years. Utter bs.

Very simple to use and I love that it just happens in the back ground with little searching around from me !

Penny Pension was very easy to navigate and found my pensions quickly and easily without any effort on my behalf. It's a relief to have all of my pensions pots in one place that is easily accessible.

They found all my old pensions and transfered them into one pot, very handy. It's not suitable for everyone but it was suitable for me. I would recommend this service to anyone.

james helped me resolve a logging in problem, my mobile wouldn"t link too my acc. for log in txts,, and James was there 1st hand too help me,, my enquiry was dealt with within 12 hrs of sending my email thank you 10/10

Generally a very good tool to have. It allows you to have a better understanding of your pensions.

Could do with more pension providers to be added however a good tool to have.

I hugely regret using Penny. I originally chose them as a short-term option to consolidate some of my pensions, but for the last 3 months I’ve been trying to transfer out to another pension provider and the experience has been extremely poor.

Despite multiple requests, my pension is still being held with Penny. In my view, they are breaching their own terms and conditions by continuing to delay the transfer of my funds. I’m now seeking legal advice, as the situation has become completely unacceptable.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise people to use a well-established pension provider rather than risk going with Penny.

Easy to use service with super responsive support. Really positive experience so far.

I have only just found Penny and already I have found 2 pensions that are now being transferred, also looking for another one. They are great.

They got to checking my pension with now pensions, even though i had reached the pension limit.

Easy to use. App is easy to navigate

I have worked in many places that I have forgotten or didn't even know I had left contributions, money that was probably lost. Penny is helpful and helped me realize how much money was lost, I was actually pleasantly surprised that Penny found my pensions. Now I can see them in one place and check them from time to time.
