Knowledge and communications important
Plenty of viewings arranged and feedback on reasons for not being interested by prospective buyers were appreciated. Regular telephone calls and emails kept me well informed by the team. House sale took 15 months for completion, much longer than expected. Communications with solicitors were good.

Julian Wadden took over Edward Mellor and as far as I know, the staff were retained.
I find Sophie, my property manager, to be polite, professional and efficient.
It’s the staff that make a company like this into what it is.

🌟 Amazing
Nicola and Maddy were both amazing throughout the process of buying and selling our house.
They both went the extra mile for us at every stage and we felt super looked after by the whole team but especially them!

I would like to thank Jade for her professional, responsive, and very supportive manner during what has been quite a stressful process for me.

Recovery of defaulting tenant's security deposit
Jade at Julian Wadden was able to recover a tenant's security deposit for me, even though it is several years since the tenant vacated the property. Once she was aware the funds were released she quickly dealt with the administration of the payment to me
