Sturdy trampoline and looks great! The trampoline was straight forward to put together - the only difficult part was connecting the net to the top of the poles. This requires at minimum 2 people (it would be helpful if they improved the way of attaching this)
-Instructions are clear with good diagrams and they also have instructions on youtube
-Materials are good quality and the colours look great
-Kids love it!!
-Would very much recommend

We have had the 14ft trampoline for about a month, so far been very good, kids have really enjoyed, seems to be well built. We received all parts required.

Everything went as expected.

Picking the right trampoline was easy with the measuring guide. We new exactly what was coming in the box which was great. The shipment tracking wasn’t great and it arrived later than we expected but it was minor.

You should totally buy this. This quality is very high and the team was responsive to questions I had, especially concerning the safety difference of having springs.

However, here are some assembly tips that would have really helped me.
- watch the video for when to attach the jump mat to the net. They do it earlier and it will save time.
- make sure the net pockets are on the outside.
- leave the spacers as loose as they can reasonably be. You need those to move.
- have two people push the spacers on either side towards you when you're trying to get the net on. You need every inch of slack.
- if the hooks keep slipping off when it's assembled, reverse them. It'll be harder to get the net off later but they otherwise wouldn't stay attached for me.

I bought my trampoline for my sons, the storm hit and it damaged my brand new trampoline. Jumpflex stood by their product and had the kindness to replace the damaged leg. I'm impressed by the high quality of the trampoline, the boys have a great time in it. The safety net is very strong and the boys are safe playing in there. In hot days a hose makes the most fun.
