I did a lot of research before we decided to purchase from Jumpflex; I am glad to say what a good decision and what a great trampoline. It is easy to put together. The quality is very good!! Trust me, we know good ones from bad ones as my children have been on so many trampolines. They kept telling me how much they love trampolines and how bouncy it is!! Thank you!

Trampoline was delivered quickly, our kids 15mths and 3 years love the 12 foot, as do their 6 and 10 year old cousins. Ball hoop is fun, but can’t use the shade cover and ball hoop together which was a little disappointing. 15 month old especially loves the little slide, bit small for older kids to get much out of.

So far it’s awesome.
Took my husband and I about 3 hours to set up but the kids have been jumping everyday since. Seems very well made and durable, just what we were looking for to make it through our north coast winters.

Delivery and packaging was efficient. Assembly was pretty easy (instructions were helpful, definitely easier as a two person job, took my wife and I approx 2.5hrs to assemble the 14ft). Very happy so far with the end result so far! I'm impressed with the quality of the parts, nothing felt "cheap" or low quality. And most importantly, the kids love it!

Shopping was easy. shipping was fast and it was properly packed. easy to assemble

The delivery was impossible on their part, it was me and I lost three hours to collect the package, I paid for the delivery, but the delivery was not made. Customer service was unable to resolve my issues.

Really awesome trampoline, my kids just loved it. Also quick delivery, installment process is easy to follow. Safe n recommend for others who are looking for one to buy.

Ask all my questions before I purchased and was delivered within 5 days. My kids absolutely love it

Everything came with great instructions and the utube video also helps.
We had it set up in a couple hours with three of us.

This was a gift for my son for Grading Day. I had researched every trampoline online prior to purchasing, I even attempted to purchase two different ones before going with my gut and purchasing the Jumpflex. The trampoline arrived within 4 business days, all boxes were accounted for on first shipment. Setup instructions were very easy to follow, step by step with photos. I personally did most of the setup alone, and my husband and I finished it together. The kids love it, the bounce is second to none, very safe & sturdy. The UV shade is the best thing ever and lifetime warranty on the whole thing. We are definitely happy with our decision to purchase a Jumpflex. :)

Ordering was easy, shipping was under 2 weeks- right to the doorway. Good intructions- easy to set up. Amazing bounce. Sturdy frame. No complaints!!

We received the delivery earlier than expected. Assembly was easy given the clear instructions, though it did take some time so do set aside 3 to 5 hours - but it's been well worth it given all the enjoyment we have gotten out of it in the few weeks since set up. The trampoline is very sturdy and the black and green colour palette works great when set against our lawn and treed yard.

The online shopping was easy, delivery time perfect, and the assembly instructions thorough. I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the 14 foot trampoline. My grand-daughter, her friend, and my two year old grand-nephew bounced their hearts out, to the delight of all the adults. The trampoline is great fun, sturdy, and safe.

Shipping was 6-10 days but took 20 days and received a non-working tracking number. Trampoline is great, but shipping is far from ideal for the overall cost.

High quality 12’ trampoline made with quality components. Assembly wasn’t terrible, but having plenty of space to do it makes it way easier. First impressions were that its VERY bouncy and the safety netting is the safest looking I’ve seen.
