The kids love the trampoline! Originally, I purchased a Jumpflex trampoline because of its warranty, but have been surprised by fast shipping and quality. The only criticism I have are the instructions. They could add a little more detail like build this trampoline with another person and putting on the netting a certain way (because of tension do the top part in a star pattern). Overall, we are happy.

Everything was great except that I needed to confirm in 3 emails that we had the wrong jumping mat.I felt that was probably not neccessary. But we got it and are very happy

The payment for the trampoline was immediately withdrawn from my account. I believe the payment should not have been deducted until the merchandise was shipped to me. Also, it was advertised as being shipped “soon”instead of several weeks.

Excellent quality trampoline that the kids love…..ok and I love it too!!! The whole family can have fun while getting in a workout. I have no complaints, the company was fabulous, ordering was easy and I received my order shortly after. The trampoline was easy to put together, which only took 2 people approx. 1.5 hours. I’m so happy I ordered it!

I order on the 6 april and didnt receve anyNews from my order ,i called twice and the hang up to me furet Time by mistake ,second time they didnt know What s happent with my order and thé told me they ll call me back but them didnt. I can t sait to get any News because it s been mire than 3 weeks now 😬

Took 4 days to receive the trampoline , I was expecting it to take more like 10 days coming from Ontario. All I can say is my grandson is over the moon with his Trampoline . That was for his 7th Birthday present and he loves it.

The quality of the trampoline is great! Assembly went smoothly, very happy with it!

Instructions were great. It took a while to put together but that was expected! We have a 3 and 1 year old and love the stability of the net. The ladder is easy for them to climb and the zipper is great/well made. Overall very happy!

Overall a great experience. When I picked up my trampoline it was left at a freight carrier by FedEx and the carrier said it was tough to track down who I was to pick it up because there was no phone # on the shipping label or left by behind by FedEx. A Customer service rep did reach out to me to help get the package to me which was excellent, appreciate that.
