We have had an amazing experience with Jumpflex Trampolines from purchase a couple of years ago through to having to make a warranty claim and they are quick and responsive. They ship quickly and stand by their warranty 100%.

I love the thought that went into designing this trampoline. It’s been a hit for all our kids. It isn’t an eye sore like most of the traditional trampolines you see on the market. Would recommend spending the money.

I purchased a 15ft trampoline almost a year ago and we have absolutely loved it. Out of every trampoline we have owned I have by far been pleased with jumpflex quality. Recently our net tore and they were incredibly fast sending not only a replacement net but pole covers as well at no charge to me. If you're looking for a trampoline absolutely go with jumpflex!

Great product. the components feel much more sturdy than the ones you get from the big box stores. The design of the netting and support columns is key for little ones. My girls love it and love using the ladder to get on and off the trampoline. So far so good.

Excellent product and quick to act when I had a minor issue

Great trampoline, great service. I had a bolt that didn’t work right and asked if they could send me a replacement. They sent me several to ensure I was good for a long time. Great service and the kids love the trampoline….best one I have ever owned.
