A fantastic product with superb customer service from a genuinely helpful company.
My kids have gone through several trampolines with springs over the years and I only wish I'd brought the springfree trampoline in the first place. The quality is excellent, pre and post sales team were so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely recomend.

We have an 11ft square trampoline - Springfree are you elk deserved market leaders in quality safety and engineering. Superb safety for kids , great longevity, incredibly robust equipment that withstands the terrible British weather - our kids have loved this trampoline with hours spent bouncing and shooting hoops with the basketball hoop accessory. The 10 year guarantee is reassuring but you are unlikely to need it.

Yes they are expensive but you absolutely get what you pay for in spades . We used the installation service which I highly recommend. Will saved us hours with his expertise putting it together. Well worth the extra effort investment. Customer service is absolutely excellent - special thanks to Cara and Paula for helping us to resolve an issue and going far above and beyond in doing so. This product is outstanding and worth every penny.

Very responsive and professional, even though we purchased from a reseller who had refused to help finish the installation, Spring Free jumped in and had an engineer round within days, all fixed for a very reasonable sum. Couldn't have been a better experience so a big thank you to you.

I am giving this company 5 stars for a few reasons. 1. We have had many trampolines over the last 16 years but their one is by far superior and safer than any we've ever owned. 2. Yes it is expensive but with the 10 years guarantee- you definitely get your money worth of the trampoline. 3. Their customer service has always been friendly, helpful and polite.
We had our trampoline for nearly 9 years now and it is still the most desired equipment in our garden.

Great trampoline, kids want to bounce on it morning, noon and night. One issue with delivery where I was told it would be significantly more expensive for postage than advertised (to a major UK city) after ordering, but when I said I wouldn't pay the requested £150+ extra, to their credit they did honour the original £30 postage that was advertised (I'd suggest this is removed from the site if inaccurate). Managed the DIY assembly by myself though two people definitely better if you can!

Expensive but an excellent trampoline which my kids are greatly enjoying! Imi provided great customer experience throughout the ordering process and was very helpful.

We have had our trampoline for a couple of weeks and our children (10,7 & 7) are loving it! They are outside on it at every opportunity. We purchased a Springfree trampoline after seeing how spacious and safe the trampolines are at a friends. Thank you Imi for the great customer service too!

Had my trampoline for a few years now and has been great . HOWEVER
I just went to order a new ball as the children love this ball yet they want £35.00 which to me is a little excessive but to then want £15.00 postage i am sorry this is a total rip off. Its a shame when such a good company want to rip you off in this way .

We’ve had our trampoline for a couple of weeks now and experience so far is excellent - we chose Springfree primarily due to the safety features and the design is living up to expectations. It is sturdy and has plenty of travel and bounce for children of all ages (including those aged 40+!). Service was friendly, responsive and reliable throughout (thanks Imi) and we’re glad we opted to have Springfree set the trampoline up for us. For our money, the product is worth the premium cost (to borrow from the Stella advertising team, this falls into the camp of reassuringly expensive). Happy to recommend.

The trampoline itself is great. Quite an adventure to assemble. I broke one of the tabs when putting it together. Happily the web site has spares. I was taken aback to find that the £3.95 part would cost £12 in postage, so I phoned. Helpful person arranged to get it put in a jiffy bag much more cheaply. It's nice to be able to speak to human being these days!

The trampoline is of high quality and comes with a 10 year warranty. But be advised that the warranty is not transferrable if you want to sell your trampoline. That is really a big bummer and doesn't make sense to me.

Update: Springfree wrote that now the warranty is transferrable - but only during the first 3 years. It is true that a 10 year warranty on a trampoline is exceptional but so is that the warranty is not fully transferrable to the next owner. If I buy a car, a vacuum cleaner or anything else, the warranty is usually transferrable to the next owner. A completely transferrable warranty is also a reason to buy a product because I can get a better price when it comes with a warranty. And in all honesty, who would sell a Springfree trampoline after only 3 years. It's more likely to sell it after 5 to 8 years. So please, Springfree, rethink your warranty. I don't think it would hurt you.

This is the second springfree trampoline we have purchased, and we are not disappointed. You pay a little more for these than some of the other brands, but the difference in quality is noticeable, and the product is worth it. It's safe, well-built, and they last! We bought another larger model as our children are now teenagers, so we wanted the biggest we could get, which is the giant 19x12 ft, and it hasn't disappointed! There's loads of room and support 4 our 4 teenage children to play and bounce. Excellent service was delivered and built on-site shortly after ordering.

We have owned a springfree trampoline for a few years and needed a spare part for the basketball hoop. Incorrectly ordered insufficient bits but Imi solved the problem and delivered over and above. Can’t recommend Springfree enough.

I bought a springfree trampoline in 2007 and it lasted 17 years (including the extreme heat and cold of Armenia!). Just bought a replacement and the service was excellent. Great product that gives peace of mind.
