Love the casino, hate the redemption process

I actually love this online casino! I have made multiple wins and big wins at that. I would love to give it a 5* review but due to the lack of being able to redeem my wins I'm only giving it a 3* review. I have tried multiple times to redeem my winnings and have not received a redemption yet. After a few days of nothing I end up just reversing some of the wins and end up reversing all the wins to continue to play on the casino. I have a redemption now I'm trying to collect for 5 days and still haven't received the monies. I emailed customer support on my prior wins/redemption and this redemption and was told previously it take up to 48 hours after finance dept approved the redemption and now I'm being told 7 days after redemption approvals. So honestly idk if I will ever receive any redemption because I get the run around about it and still have yet to ever receive any of my winnings back in real money...I end up reversing my winnings and putting it right back in their casino hands. So the only person winning is the casino and I'm losing everything. If it wasn't for the redemption process this would be an amazing online casino and I would strongly recommend to anyone but until the redemption process is better and consistent I can't and won't recommend to anyone. ***I have put A LOT OF MY MONEY into this casino so this really sucks

Been playing for years at these…

Been playing for years at these casinos!! Lately for the past 8 to 9 months delayed payments have been an issue!! Believe me I’ve put in a ton of money into all gensey casinos from luckycreek to Bella Vegas to Jupiter club I’ve been waiting for payment now for over a month two cashouts for 1,000 a piece and they give me the run around from the finance department! Then I heard the other day from Vince that they are having budget issues what?? This is a casino if you can’t payout then fold. Budget I expect payment two weeks after a cashout. No reason if they can take my money in a second they can’t payout. Listen I believe this car crap, weekly 1,000 dollar winners and these leaderboard stuff I think it’s all a scam. If they can’t pay me out the money they owe me how the hell are they giving out free cars bs total bs. These casinos absolutely suck now betonline way better.

We understand your frustration; however, your claims do not accurately reflect the situation.

There was an internal discrepancy regarding the applicable maximum withdrawal, which was identified and corrected. Your withdrawal has since been approved at $1,000, in line with the correct terms. This was communicated to you.

The delay was due to this clarification and a separate verification communication error, both of which have now been resolved. Your payment has been prioritised for processing.

We would also like to note that this matter relates specifically to Lake Palace, however the same complaint has been posted across other brands where no such issue exists.

We ask that statements about “non-payment” and misconduct are reconsidered, as this is not the case here.

Scammers tried to steal credit card

Just created an account and went to deposit money with their welcome bonus advertisement. Went to deposit $100 and made sure it was only $100 as it was very clearly claimed that would be the total. They tried charging $110.15. Watch out for this scam. They are definitely doing this to a lot of customers hoping it doesn't get noticed.

Denial of redemption payment. No reasons why

Promised redemption in 24 hrs. 2 weeks went by. I tried sending about 5 or y email checking on my redemption. Never got 1 reply back from anyone. The. After 2 weeks I get a email saying fraudulent activity. Which there is absolutely none going on . So i emailed back asking what they need me to do to prove no fraudulent activity. Next day . Mt redemption is just flat denied and I emailed back asking what's going on. I still have not received any reply. PLEASE BE AWARE OF ACORN FUN. Or anything with Jupiter
