Thank you for leaving this review regarding our Fibre tablets. Even after over 32 years as a therapist, it never fails to amaze me how a simple, inexpensive supplement can have such an impact on someone’s quality of life.

When I was in clinical practice, I found that people were just not eating enough fibre for one reason or another so when I developed my own range of supplements, I knew that a natural Fibre supplement needed to be in the range.

I’m always happy to give advice too. Having been a therapist for over three decades, I think I’ve just about heard it all. Thank you for leaving this review. Yes, supplement protocols don’t need to be complicated and expensive. I’ve always found that less is more when dealing with many acute and chronic digestive and gut issues.

I’m so pleased our supplements have helped you. It’s why I developed the range. Having spent decades in clinical practice, helping people with digestive and gut issues, I sorted out the wheat from the chaff and knew exactly what supplements were needed for certain conditions/symptoms and what ingredients needed to go in them.

I’m so pleased to read that our supplements have helped with the diverticulitis attacks. Diverticular disease is a common disease and tends to affect people over the age of 60, although more younger people are being diagnosed with it. For me, it’s all about prevention and nipping things in the bud before there is inflammation or infection. Diverticular disease should be relatively benign, with no symptoms and with good bowel hygiene and targeted supplements, symptoms can be controlled.

Activated Charcoal is certainly a wonder-supplement. It’s useful in cases of food poisoning where stomach cramps and diarrhoea are symptoms, to quickly eliminate whatever pathogen has got into the digestive system via the oral route but it is also super-effective at reducing uncomfortable bloaty gas.

Everyone should keep a pot of Charcoal capsules in their medicine cabinet, especially in the Summer when we tend to have more barbecues. I also highly recommend that the capsules are taken on holiday, especially if travelling to the Far East, India, Africa, South America and the Caribbean.
