Equipment and delivery is top notch
Equipment and delivery is top notch. Honda brush cutter arrived within days of ordering, and I was contacted to arrange for a suitable delivery date and time and the item arrived exactly when stated.
A manual came with the brush cutter, but I searched for and used online videos on YouTube to find information for assembling the brush cutter and adding the oil and petrol. I had it up and running for within minutes.

Bought a lawnmower 2 years ago and we had issues with it spluttering and cutting out last year so had it serviced (made no difference) and gone to use it this year and it’s dead! A complete waste of over £300! I would never ever buy another Honda mower avoid the Izy they don’t last!

Poor service
Ordered a package , lawnmower assembly and petrol can and oil .
It could not be delivered in a timely manner to my home and it was agreed to be shipped to by house. Only the lawnmower arrived none of the extras.
