The customer service rep was very helpful and explained everything so no problems there. My call back was booked for 10 to 10.15 I waited until 10.45 couldn't wait any longer then missed calls. Policy with different provider is slightly better

I spoke with George today about a funeral insurance policy. What a lovely helpful gentlemen and so very helpful.He explained everything about the policy throughly for me I now. Have peace of mind that my family won’t have to worry about my Funeral cost

Something very 'scam' about this company. Repeated 'missed' calls despite the phone not ringing. Decided to call back and see what it is and got Just Insurance. Said I've never engaged with them, guy on the phone assured me I must have and he knew my name, said it had come from Facebook. So let's all celebrate that Zuckerberg is now sharing our details with companies who scam call people over and over. Asked to be removed from call list, rude staff and basically dodgy AF company in my opinion. Also note, calls went to Australia, not at all NZ based.
