Bit of a waste of time really......
The company insisted on taking details before answering any questions i had.
each person i gave clear instructions to filled in the form with completely different information so i had to correct each subsequent person i spoke to.
they then tried to force broadband, council tax and water switches on me when all i required was an electric and gas switch.
after nearly an hour on the phone speaking to multiple people i was told that each switch was contracted (never previously mentioned) and that i would be forced to keep the supplier they decided for me for at least a year. As this is a rental property of mine and i am having it refurbished i only need short term contracts - which they finally let me know was the only option.
A complete waste of time, the parameters of the service are not clear and as soon as i said that this was not suitable to me i was dropped quicker than a scalded cat. I'm not impressed, and as this process is using people being paid at the other end of the line it is by no means efficiant either. I suggest that in the future a more transparent outcome should be offered to prevent the waste of time.

Just Move In's service is predominantly designed to support occupants and residents, mainly when they're moving home, and it's built around that journey from the outset - which is why the questions and options you were taken through, including contract lengths, weren't the right fit for your individual circumstances, and why that wasn't made clear to you early enough in the call.
It's worth noting that when we're introduced through one of our letting agency or property partners, we're often given more context upfront about the nature of the enquiry, which shapes the conversation accordingly. As this was a direct enquiry, that context wasn't there from the start, and we should have identified and adapted to your circumstances sooner than we did.

Phil knows the things!!!
Phil from their team sounds so cool and knowledgeable. He is very calm to bear my mis pronunciation and helped me in setting up the cheap and best broadband services.
I am happy that one of my main concerns in moving out is sorted now.

Extremely helpful and patient
The guy on the phone was super helpful! He walked me through everything, pros and cons of choosing which broadband provider would suit me best and which tariff he would recommend for utilities. He explained everything to me in a way that made it easy for me to understand and was super patient with all my questions, never trying to hurry me up. Overall an amazing experience and will be using again for when I next move.

Moving houses can be undoubtedly…
Moving houses can be undoubtedly daunting and for someone who has moved house quite frequently in the last couple of years, I am so grateful to the staff of Just Move In especially Tom for a seamless transition of services and making the process easier, taking so much stress off my neck with very relaxed, coordinated phone calls.

Lyndon was 10/10
Lyndon was really great help, he went through each option and spoke about it in depth explaining how everything works and what came with each package. He answered every question and was really nice too and we spoke about some similarities in our own lives to help with the options he gave towards broadband and tv. Service was 10/10

Phil was incredibly efficient
Phil was incredibly efficient, immediately understood what I needed and what I didn’t need. We sorted all the suppliers within 15 minutes and it’s all under one roof. I’ve moved many times, this is by far the fastest way to get everything you need. Very friendly service and competent! A joy!
