10/10 Experience
I'm a new renter moving to Liverpool and have been stressing about setting up all the bills for the new place, this changed massively once Just Move In contacted me. I want to say a huge massive thank you to Nadia C who walked me through the entire step by step process with attention to detail, care and reassurance.

Making moving less stressful

Lyndon was fantaaaaastic
Lyndon was fantaaaaastic. I'm the sort of person who always gets anxious with calls like this, even panic attacks after calls that long, and he put me completely at ease. There's always a tough balance where customers want to tell their own story one way and employees have a set list of questions to go through and I've never seen some one keep all that at hand and balance it so well, with no friction and done so efficiently. I left feeling excited about the services, well informed, well taken care of, and hoping Lyndon runs for PM one day.

I had a great experience with Just Move In, and especially with Phil. He was friendly, patient and very professional throughout the whole call. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions and made sure I understood the different options without making me feel rushed or pressured. Our move specialist - Phil
Our move specialist - Phil Murphy was extremely helpful and was happy to be flexible in accordance with our needs. We opted to sort each of our utilities separately and he was happy to talk us through the process for this. This was especially helpful for us as we are a couple renting for the first time.

Excellent service and highly recommend
Had a very nice call with Lyndon who patiently explained everything and set everything up for us. He provided an excellent and invaluable service especially when moving country with two young kids. It would have been nice if our Lettings agency has sent our details to JustMoveIn a few weeks earlier than just before start of tenancy.

Highly recommend this!
I wish I had gone with them right away and saved myself some of the stress of moving. The service was very useful. I was doubtful at first but glad I decided to go with them. Lyndon (the agent that handled my case) was very polite and patient with me and took his time to ensure I fully understood everything.

The apprehension of moving to a new…
The apprehension of moving to a new home can be quite daunting when sorting out all your utilities transfer from old house to setting up new house. Lyndon was extremely clear, articulate and the utmost professional for helping managing everything, as well as suggesting good real time market offers where I could both save money as well as improving some of my insurance policies. Lyndon majorly help remove the initial dread of the telephone call,- feel so much at ease now. Top job, excellent facility service
