Very good at organising your ammenities…
Very good at organising your ammenities at good prices and breaking down price comparisons between providers. Just had to have a simple phone call with one of their agents Thomas Bourne who concisely and helpfully guided me through each process for energy and broadband packages and offered additional services. Very friendly on the phone and patient and understanding of any complications or issues you may have.

Exceptional, Insightful Service from Thomas Bourne
I had an excellent experience speaking with Thomas Bourne. Our call lasted over an hour, and throughout the conversation he was incredibly insightful, patient and helpful. He explained everything clearly, answered my questions in detail and provided practical recommendations that helped me make a properly informed decision. I never felt rushed or pressured at any point. Thomas is a real credit to Just Move In, and I would highly recommend his service.

Expert advice & top tier service delivery
I was helped by Phil Murphy yesterday. Firstly, the service is excellent as someone who is new to the country, I found this very helpful to set-up everything for the home.
In regard to Phil's service, he is clearly an expert at his job - he methodically went through each utility, options available and the relative merits of each and was able to understand my questions and answer them directly without waffly or overly technical explanations
Phil was patient and understanding of the nuances of my situation and how each of the options for power/gas may be better or worse and helped me use the information to make decisions for myself.
