Zapp delivery driver has entered the estate through the Exit, old lady has asked him next time to use the entrance. Driver went mad! Called her old B**c* and said shut up. Driving on the pavement and not following the road rules.

At Zapp, we have a zero tolerance policy for the inappropriate use of personal recording devices while our riders are out delivering for our customers. Only for health and safety reasons do we allow our riders to keep their personal devices on their person, and we do not permit the recording of any customer or customer property. We have notified the appropriate team to help ensure this does not happen again to you or to another customer.

We aim to make all of our deliveries within 20 minutes, and flag extended delivery times in our app when we know that isn’t possible, such as due to severe weather conditions or exceptionally busy periods. While the majority of our deliveries are actually made within 10 minutes, as you’ll appreciate, rider welfare is a priority at Zapp and we always want to ensure your order is fulfilled in a safe way.

We try to stay as competitive as possible when it comes to pricing, and our pricing is generally more in line with convenience store pricing than a regular supermarket chain. This allows us to finance the delivery of your order vs. you having to go to a supermarket, while also paying our staff in a fair and ethical way.

Great service, fast delivery.
I have been using Zapp for the last 7 months about every forthright and apart from one ocassion, I am very happy with the service and speed of delivery. Though the range of products is not huge, I can always chose everything I need. Keep up the good work, Zapp!

Great concept and team, but let down by app and high prices
The customer support team are very helpful, and delivery is normally fast. But this is the second time that my order has been sent to North London by an error in the app. My address is clearly South London (postcode is south, and there is a note saying to check it’s definitely going to my neighbourhood). But the app keeps making this error. Prices are also higher than other apps I’ve used, but I came back to Zapp for the 24/7 delivery as we’re currently isolating. It’s a shame the app lets down what could be a great service - must be really frustrating for the team. Hopefully the new update will help - I feel bad for the poor driver who went all the way to North London!

This company is awful
This company is awful. Set up a dark supermarket in a residential area and regularly dump waste, crates, delivery boxes on the street. Not to mention the delivery vans trying to drive down a narrow mews street and damaging walls, plants post, car etc or their drivers hanging out smoking weed. Single handedly turned a nice residential mews street into a wasteland. Zero accountability. Avoid.
