I love Zapp
I love Zapp! First time ever having to cancel order! Customer service staff who helped was absolutely lovely! And to top it off Zapp credited me! Literally best service and I will continue to use despite delivery hiccup today! Made no difference to service previously received. Top notch always. Thank you Zapp

Zapp’s service is first class
Zapp’s service is first class. If they are late they always credit my account. Their delivery guys are always friendly and do their job with care.
The customer service team are always attentive and helpful. I hope the company goes from strength to strength, they really are a good company 👌

Absolutely love Zapp!
Absolutely love Zapp! Their whole ethos is so spot on - from only using paper bags and having their entire fleet of delivery drivers use electric bikes, to stocking a huge range of vegan and B Corp products, their approach is so refreshing. To add to this, their customer service is absolutely flawless, if only all businesses could replicate this model!

Zapp is my favourite new service
Zapp is my favourite new service. I chose them over other similar services because I read that they employ their own drivers and they have a great selection of grocery items which are very reasonably priced with quick and affordable delivery times/fees. I had a really positive experience when things didn't go as planned with my order.

I started using this app like a month…
I started using this app like a month ago, and they've always gotten my order right... tonight however it was a mess... the delivery guy came without my order... but I called and everything got sorted out very quickly... Do not get me wrong... I absolutely absolutely love this app a 1000% I can recommend it to anyone anyday, everyday❤

Just wow!! I have been using Zapp since they first started & I’ve been so impressed with the service! Fast delivery times, really lovely drivers (happy, courteous & kind)! Great products too - top of the range salmon, milk - all of it - pretty much anything you like! The genius behind this business needs a lot of praise! They obviously go above & beyond! I had an order this evening that came with a valentines card! Wow! But also you get little treats each time your order arrives - mainly in small packets of candy kitten sweets which are delicious & vegan! I wonder if for those that aren’t sugar happy like me, might want an alternative though…just to reach out to everyone’s taste / requirements of food choices/allergies/preference! But I have told so many of my friends about this app & they’ve been balled over too! Also - there maybe times they can’t fulfil the order & replace with something else, or if an item has been forgotten, they give you credit! I had an order where an avocado wasn’t there & they put £5 on my account! Or only one time when order was late (only by 15 mins / which is so rare), they put £10 credit)! Seriously great love behind this & lots of attention to detail with marketing, choice of products, getting the drivers to carry out their lovely & kind mission. -also great value for money! What more can I say! A* 10/10 from me!! Well done guys!!!!

Driver almost hit 6 year old girl
Horrible - "Zapp" cyclist ran a zebra pedestrian crossing this morning at full speed without even slowing. Almost hit our six year old daughter and didn't slow or say a word. Just an absolutely terrible service and would report him if Zapp actually had any customer service worth the name. Don't use these guys and try to find a more reputable service!

I tried Zapp in Marylebone - delivery was in under 7 minutes
I tried Zapp in Marylebone . After an initial glitch with the app, which Zapp supported effectively, I placed an order that was fulfilled in under 7 minutes which is astounding .
