I placed my order over 4 days ago, and 'fast delivery' is claimed. I haven't received any update after my order confirmation email. The customer service team has also been unresponsive!

I really loved how the products came…
I really loved how the products came well packaged, secure, and even with an additional mask as an offer! I was so happy that everything arrived safely and I had never tried the BB Cream, so I'm really enjoying it. The sunscreen is the best that I have used so far, really compatible with Rosácea skin. The mini kit is so good, also very compatible. The one little thing is that the delivery updates did not reach my email or anything so it was a surprise to see the package arriving.

Products not received, and customer service unresponsive
My products was supposed to arrive on the 23rd June and now it's 4th July, and the parcel has not arrived. Tracking does not work, called Royal Mail and they said the parcel is lost. Emailed Customer service several times and they have been unresponsive. I am scared I've been scammed. Please refund my money.

received wrong products and no response from customer service
I ordered a couple of my favourite moisturiser from k-beauty, but they sent me the wrong products, and I have tried to contact them a number of times to arrange a return for a refund, or exchange for the correct product but they have not responded at all. It seems they have no customer support available so I am left with products I didn't order!
