Loved my recent purchase from K Linen! I ordered jacquard sofa covers and honestly, they look even better than I expected. The fabric feels good, the quality is impressive, and the overall finishing is really neat. They’ve completely changed the look of my sofa. Definitely happy with my purchase!

Very Disappointing Experience (They don't deserve even 1*!!!)

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH K LINEN.

Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered sofa and chair covers, paid the full amount in advance, and it has now been more than a week with NO DELIVERY.

The most ridiculous part? Their delivery people told me that the delivery was booked, but K Linen apparently never even handed the parcel over to them! So what exactly was booked? A delivery that doesn’t even have the package? 🤦🏻‍♀️

They happily take your money upfront, but when it comes to actually delivering the order, suddenly nobody seems to know what is going on.

This is completely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. Taking full payment and then failing to dispatch the order is not how a legitimate business should operate.

I honestly regret ordering from them and would strongly advise people to stay away from K Linen, especially if they are asking for advance payment.

Save your money, save your time, and save yourself the headache. There are plenty of other businesses that actually deserve your money.

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. They sent us a completely different product from what we ordered. When my mother contacted them, instead of taking responsibility, they claimed that the bedsheets we had ordered were out of stock and that they had sent bedsheets of their own choice.

I honestly don't understand who gave them the right to decide what product a customer wants to receive. If an item is out of stock, the customer should be informed and given the option to choose an alternative or receive a refund. It is not acceptable to send a completely different product without the customer's consent.

Now they are offering an exchange for another item but refusing to provide a refund. This is extremely poor customer service and reflects a serious lack of professionalism and business ethics.

I would strongly advise customers to be cautious when ordering from this business.

Pathetic service. I asked them not to send anything and cancel the order, despite they sent and are not refunding now. They are scammers

I ordered 5 cushion covers from k Linean. It's my first experience alhamdulilah I'm surprised the quality of gersy fabric is very fine and fitting is also perfect.
