They are such a scammers. That they sent me wrong sizes of articles .
Initially, I ordered two articles in XL size, but they sent one in XL and one in S. I requested a replacement, but it wasn't provided.

I placed another order with three large-sized articles, but they sent two in Excel and one in S. I've tried contacting their customer care numbers and WhatsApp, but no one answers or responds. This is frustrating and reflects poor customer service.

I would recommend never ever order from them

First time I ordered sofa cover and chair covers. After waiting a month they say those are out of stock, then i contact them and they said they will make a discount for their mistake so i calmed down. Then i ordered a sofa cleaner spray, i was literally shocked when i opened, it was half empty because the bottle was already open. Very bad experience.

Bought the linen blend collared shirt for casual Fridays;keeps me cool and professional. My box landed faster than I thought possible, neatly wrapped. The collar stays crisp after multiple washes. I’ll keep an eye on Oldmoneylondon sales.

I am upset with the customer service, we recieve incorrect order which is ok and for clarificaiton i have been trying to call them they never answer secondly on whatsapp i tried sending them a message and explained the order details and what i recieved in response i got message (Issue?) this really annoyed me the level of unprofessionalism and pathetic customer service and lack of basic etiquates.

I ordered from K-Linen and was really impressed with the quality of the fabric. The bedsheets/sofa covers were exactly as shown in the pictures – soft, premium, and a perfect fit. Delivery was on time and packaging was neat. Highly recommend K-Linen for anyone looking for quality home linen products.

After they deliver your order wrong (which they will). They will not pick your call or reply to your messages. Worst customer service i have ever experienced.

K-Linen is a complete scam. They sent the wrong size sofa covers after lying about custom fitting. Promised a refund – never gave it. Now they’re ignoring my messages and calls. Fake reviews, fake support, zero ethics. Do NOT trust them. Worst online shopping experience ever!

Very Bad experience. I made sure with them if they will Refund if Sofa cover size is not correct. They assured me that they will refund but not responding now.
