Really impressed and reassured with Rob at K9 Control for creating the time and space to assess my dog’s reactivity and listen and ask the right questions as to how I work with my handling and understanding of Twig’s reactivity prompts. His guidance on technique tailored to dog and owner. Following up with access to help. Have confidence that things are changing for the better. My dog is looking to me now rather than fixating on distractions.

We have had only 4 sessions with Rob and the changes are amazing. He has such a great approach to us and the dogs and breaks everything down. I am so grateful for all his help and guidance we can’t wait to keep seeing the progress each week.

We needed some help to proof our dogs recall. He was pretty much 95% there but we want perfection. Rob was on hand with his own dog as a perfect distraction and we used a long line to make sure our boy came back. We’ve got some homework and we are practicing all the time. Our boy should have bomb proof recall very soon

Before working with Rob, we’d spent months with two other trainers and saw very little progress. Then we met Rob, and within five minutes of our first session, we saw real change. Our dog went from constantly pulling on the lead and reacting to other dogs or people, to calmly walking at heel all times during that initial assessment.

After just seven weeks of working with Rob, we don’t even need a lead anymore. It’s hard to overstate how much of a transformation we’ve seen.

We had only initially intended on seeing him for the lead pulling and dog reactivity but we now have no issues whatsoever with anything you could think of, we now say we have the best trained dog we know!(other than robs of course😅)

Another great thing about working with Rob is he actually uses his own dogs as required for training things like reactivity, socialising etc which is so beneficial! Rather than relying on finding unpredictable dogs at parks like we did with our previous dog trainers, we felt so much more confident as we knew he had full control of his dogs at all times.

The sessions might seem a bit pricey at first, but it ends up being worth every penny when you see how quickly and completely your dog improves.

Rob also has a deep understanding of dog nutrition, and the facility stocks high-quality food and treats, which makes things super convenient.

He and his team have made the whole experience of having a dog so much more rewarding. We really can’t thank them enough.

K9 control are the best around. Rob knows his stuff and his dogs. He has helped and still is helping us with Bodie. I would highly recommend. They are the reason we still have our boy.

The knowledge from the trainers is second to none! They teach you how to train your dog and this means you have skills for life. They know every dog individually and they have created such a community.

The knowledge we have gained from K9 control is unbelievable and we have been able to take this knowledge and share it overseas to help other dogs who don’t have access to such trainers.

I had the pleasure of meeting the team at K9 Control and, hands down, they are in a league of their own. I’ve spoken to plenty of so-called dog experts before, but these guys? Different level. Their advice was irrefutable – straight to the point, no fluff, no sales pitch, just pure honesty and expertise.

From day one, I saw a clear difference in my dog’s behaviour thanks to their guidance, the products they provided, and their tailored approach. And let me talk about the food – it smells so good I’m borderline jealous! My dog’s energy, coat, and overall health have improved massively.

As usual great training and tips from Rob, with the help of his horses today! We are very pleased with the progress our dog has made.

We were recommended K9 control to help us learn how to help our GSD Sasha. She is highly reactive to any dogs (we think since being attacked as a puppy) and difficult to lead walk due to heightened excitability / anxiety.
Since working with K9 Rob and the team have started to change both our & Sasha's lives. They are providing us with the tools and skills to work with Sasha in understanding her triggers & body language. Their knowledge of dog behaviour is outstanding. They always ask about our experiences with Sasha between sessions and listen to our positives & negative queries and put exercises and plans into place. Using their own dogs they help us see and understand her behaviours in a very controlled safe manner. All activities are taken at Sasha's pace to avoid over stimulation / anxiety. We still have so much to learn on this journey with K9 to enable us and Sasha to have a companionable, trusting partnership.

Massive thank you to Rob and Tim. Clear and direct instructions and guidance, helped me understand Coco's behaviour and reactivity and with this how to better communicate with him. Noticed a massive change from out first visit, making walks more of a 'walk in the park' experience for both of us. Would highly recommend to anyone with a canine pal.

Took our rescue dog to Rob as he wasn’t having a great time out and about. Huge change in his behaviour and he is much happier. Would definitely recommend Rob … dog whisperer of note.

All going well with training so far. We have learnt a lot and our dog has changed on walks already. Rob is very helpful and knowledgeable.

Can not thank them enough for the help in just 1 hour and the products are spot on aswell . Polite male and female team worth every penny and no question is silly . Can’t wait for week two !

1st evening packwalk through the countryside which involved walking on roads, dealing with traffic and then into feilds where we met different scenarios
I.e cows. Absolutely no reaction from Bruce, which made our walk even more enjoyable

Had an assent with rob and tim and already what difference there knowledge they way they explained what they where doing and why was great came up with plan moving forward looking forward to more training classes in the future

I have a rescue dog that I have had for 4 years. He is massively anxious and reactive and I have found walking him a real struggle. I have been to 3 other trainers one helped a bit but nothing really helped. Rob has been brilliant in helping to give me confidence and the tools to help us both. I am now walking my dog with confidence and he’s finally learning not to be scared of life. I can’t recommend K9 Control enough.

Always manages to fit us in and always get quick results, highly recommend for any training you might require.

Despite having a border collie with an attitude problem Rob is absolutely brilliant it’s a work in progress but me and my family can see the difference.
