Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, we’re really sorry to hear that the quilt didn’t meet your expectations, especially after such a long wait for your preorder.

We’ve taken a close look into this following your review and can confirm there hasn’t been any issue with the batch, the product you received matches the design and colouring shown on our website. The softer, more blended tone of the bird is an intentional design choice by our team, created to sit gently within the overall pattern rather than stand out too boldly.

This quilt is actually one of our most loved pieces and is often sold out, with many customers sharing how much they enjoy its subtle, calming design. That said, we completely understand that design is a very personal thing, and it may not be to everyone’s taste.

If you feel it’s not quite right for you, you’re of course very welcome to return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, as long as it remains unused and unwashed.

If you ever have any concerns, we’re always here to help and would be more than happy to assist directly.

Hi Eliana,

We’re sorry to hear you felt disappointed and would like to clarify a few points for transparency.

Your return request was received on Saturday 17th January and we responded with the return address on Monday 19th January.

The parcel was then delivered to us on 26th January, and your refund was processed on 28th January, which is within the 2 working days timeframe we communicate once a return arrives with us.

As stated in our returns policy, customers arrange return postage unless an item is faulty.

The construction and product details are described on the product page, and we’re sorry if the style of quilt did not meet your expectations. Our quilts are designed to be lightweight and breathable for children, and we’ve received many positive reviews from customers who love them.

We’ve also now introduced a returns portal to make the process even simpler and smoother for customers.
