The product was true to what is advertised. The product was beautifully made (I bought a wool pillow). i loved it. It is so nice to have real natural products to know that the source is trustworthy and that the pillow case is fully cotton.

Product as described and of good quality
We ordered several products and were happy with them. Having a wool pillow is a different experience that takes some getting used to, but we’re generally happy. I must be allergic to something in down pillows because I get congested when I sleep on them. I never connected the down with the congestion (which goes away after I get up) but that problem has disappeared with the wool pillow. Wool pillows definitely have a different feel to them. Not a luxurious sink, like down. There’s more resistance. I had to remove a bunch of the wool to make it comfortable for me but they make that very easy.

Medium weight quilt
I ordered the medium weight quilt which was delivered promptly. It has a weight to it yet isn't thick and bulkly. I have found it great to sleep under as it does seem to adjust to your temperature, no more throwing the quilt on and off throughout the night

It's moisture wicking
I bought the Deluxe Washable 3-in-1 Wool Duvet - All Season and am very pleased. I can take it apart and use the light duvet or the medium duvet only or keep them snapped together and use them as one. It is warm and comfortable, but I don't sweat. My allergies have not been triggered at all. I love the fact it is not big and bulky like a down comforter. It has also won the seal of approval of my cat, who spends many hours sleeping his day away on it!

Great product, pricey but quality
Bought a topper as a present for my sister. She loved the product, it definately was cooler for her to sleep on. I will have to save my pennies and get one myself in the future, as they arent cheap!

deluxe pillow with a zipper…
I got the deluxe pillow with a zipper so I can remove some of the filling. I’ve removed about 80% of the filling and it’s still way too firm in the pillowcase is not malleable.

I would avoid this company
No customer response from the factory despite apparently needing someone from the factory to approve a return or verify defects. Topper came in just over 8” short of 80” on a king size. It doesn’t fluff up like the picture either.

I also want to give a big thank you to the customer service staff, because I was having an online issue with something unrelated to Woolroom and they went out of their way to find out what was causing it and to tell me how to remedy it.

Problem with delivering mattress
Ordered clearance mattress. Thought I’d bagged a bargain and not have to wait as long as if it were made to order, ie would receive within a week or so. But alas after 2 weeks heard nothing. No communication on when to expect delivery. Made follow up calls. Still nothing. Clearly something wrong with ability to deliver a mattress so I just cancelled went elsewhere. If there was a problem once it arrived I dread to think how it would be handled.
