I’ve bought a number of items from this company over the last year or so , a ring , two bracelets and more recently the copper snake pendant and swirly circle necklace . The quality and craftsmanship are superb and to top it off they are always dispatched well packaged and in super fast time .

Really nice bracelets, initially bought 2 but when they arrived they were slightly too big , Kajoon exchanged them for a smaller size with no issues. I went ahead and bought another bracelet and ring to match. Super quality and unique esthetic, will definitely buy again.

Bought 2 bracelets and got gifted one. 2 broke after a month havent worn the other one for a while fear of it breaking. For the exortionate prices of these braclets for them to break so soon is dissapointing. After a bit of reseach you would be better off buying the same bits from etsy as most of the piecies on the bracelts you can buy wholesale and make at a fraction of the cost with better braclet elastic🤷🏾‍♂️

Bought bracelet for £50 expecting excellent quality. The elastic failed after a few months. I requested a replacement or repair but was told they don't do repairs as they end up having an elevated cost. They offered to send me a new product as replacement at a 50% discount. My further emails have been left unanswered.
Extremely disappointed in durability of the bracelet and also with customer services lack of response to my emails.

Poor handling of customs charges and misleading communication

I ordered from Kajoon expecting international shipping and customs to be handled as indicated at the time of purchase. When the parcel arrived in Italy, I was unexpectedly asked to pay customs charges at delivery (€58).

Prior to delivery, Kajoon had explicitly confirmed in writing that any customs duties incurred would be paid or refunded by them. However, after payment, this position was walked back. I was offered only a partial refund (€15), despite the charges having been incurred precisely as described.

Communication then became inconsistent, and my follow-up messages seeking resolution went unanswered.

Customs procedures can be complex, but customers should not be left covering costs that were represented as included, nor ignored when raising legitimate concerns. Unfortunately, this was not handled transparently or professionally.

Good prompt and efficient service. Very happy with product.
