Loved the beautiful outfit we had ordered for Mehendi function with coordinated mens outfit. The craftsmanship and quality is exceptional and the customer service is great.
We were so glad that they covered the shipping and only minimal duties were paid by us. The team was very cooperative and highly recommended to everyone.

Confirmed, they advertise pricing as inclusive of all taxes but they ship internationally with import duties at the receiver’s expense. In they terms and conditions they specify that they ship without paying duties which are at the customer ‘s expense. The advertising is nonetheless deceiving.

They advertise no duties on their website but do not fall for it as I had to pay all the duties after the delievery to Fed-ex. They do not respond to the texts or emails either. Deceiving information and poor customer service.

Amazing online shopping experience .

While placing my order, I was in touch with one of their staff via WhatsApp, and I truly appreciate the prompt and helpful support she provided during the pre-order phase. However, ever since the order was confirmed, there has been a complete lack of response to my follow-up messages and calls.

This gives the impression that customer support is only prioritized until the order is placed, and once that happens, any further communication is ignored — which is quite disappointing.

I had specifically asked how many cms of margin is left in the outfit to allow for alterations, if required. Despite follow-up for close to 24 hours, no one has responded to that question. Furthermore, i was told the order would be dispatched yesterday, I still haven’t received any update on the dispatch status; let alone the tracking details.

Additionally, I was assured that the shipping invoice would be prepared according to my request, I believe that is being adhered with by your shipping/courier team.

I felt scammed as a customer. Decent clothes quality if you are unable to shop locally in India but the worst customer care service for international customers - absolutely not worth the money they charge.

They clearly told me in writing that I will not have to pay any customs/duty charges as they would send my order as a gift but I ended up getting a custom tax of around 18% of the entire cost and they only refunded it partially and stopped replying afterwards.

It seems they would agree to almost anything to get an order and would not care to the troubles the customer faces because of that once they get the money.

They should provide proper disclaimers to the customers about situations beyond their control BEFORE taking the order or take 100% responsibility.

I ve lost all the excitement I had to wear the dress for one of my wedding functions due to this experience. Will not recommend to anyone else.
